I appreciate the gesture of having reserved parking for disabled Veterans however, every visit I see the same two employee vehicles occupying those designated spots.

From management to the employees, worst Home Depot experience ever.

This lady that goes by heaven helped me with everything I needed and made me feel very welcomed.

Our annual tradition is to visit home depot to purchase our Christmas tree thanksgiving weekend. By far this was the worst experience. First off the lot was filled with scattered pieces of ropes (tripping hazard), no lighting where the trees were placed. Picking our tree was fairly fast however getting the tree trimmed and check out was a disaster. There were two trees in front of us and the poor associate was struggling to cut the tree. When our turn came the poor young man couldn't even wrap our tree in a net. He even mentioned he was not trained for that. This time they didn't have anyone helping load the trees onto our vehicles. Checkout was bad too, outside register went off. However this shouldn’t reflect on the customer service associates but rather on the stores management.

We want to thank to Garden supervisor his name is Jorge M. We appreciate that he willingly gave us to surprised us deal good price on a Light Christmas Tree. A customer: Kevin H said to him, “Thank you for doing this and God bless him all his heart. We are appreciative of his touch to us.” He is an awesome man as a Garden Supervisor! His big smile and big heart. Lift up to Jorge M. 🙂

Store try to sell me product as single unit when is advertised as a bundle on their website. They were trying to make me pay 50% more of their website price. Not even the store manager was able to help me. They also wouldn't allow me to buy online and take from store. What a waste of time.

We were attended by Sale Cashier, Brenda. Interested in buying a Ring Floodlight camera, we followed instructions to scan the QBR code and took it to her so that she can assist us in bringing the product. She looked up the product in the computer pretended to go look for it in a locked bin only to come back to say they had none. I showed her the app showed 6 in stock. She then proceeded in pretending she was going to look for the product only to come back to say it would take an hour for the product to be brought to us. We told her we would wait, then she rolled her eyes again as she was walking away. Home depot needs to stop hiring people that cannot see the value behind great customer service. If this individual is not all for fulfilling her role as a cashier, please send her to gardening where perhaps some flowers can brighten up her life.

Brought some essential products for my home. Courteous staff. Reasonable prices for the products I bought. Veteran friendly. Always a pleasure shopping at The Home Depot.

Tried to make a purchase today with my Home Depot credit card, cashier said I couldn’t because I need an ID , proceeded to show her my cards with my full name. She said I couldn’t. I came to this location a couple weeks ago and spent over 300 and they didn’t not ask for an ID how is It posible i couldn’t purchases today’s transaction ?

The employee was helpful checking availability on the product that I was buying. Setting it out to pick up and finishing the invoice to pay and go.

I’ve been to quite a few, this one is very clean, great employees, and not super busy.

All the staff here was absolutely lovely. In particular a staff member named Liz, she was super helpful and found my cc and turned it in to the front desk. I can’t thank the Huntington staff location enough. Everyone was so helpful. The supervisor/manager also offered us water to stay hydrated during the heat wave. Staff here go above and beyond. P.s. give Liz a raise

I had come in to the store looking for an item and had a salesfloor associate help us locate the item we were looking for. However, once I hit the cashier I’ve politely ask her about the price match policy, the young lady named Jazmine insisted that I needed a physical copy of the ad to price match item when your online stated I just needed a photo of it. I had the website on my phone (identical item, to a well known competitor). To not escalate the situation I headed over to customer service and explain what happened and let them know what the policy stated. This all could have been avoid if maybe Jazmine could have just ask a manager for clarification on the policy if she wasn’t familiar with it. Let’s do better.

Absolute worst plumbing department in California. The do not have any of the product that they say they do and it is insanely disorganized. Fire every plumbing associate and the supervisor in charge because this is horrible

Needed a couple 2 x 4s.. They were close to the check out stand . Nobody in line .This is probably my best visit.

I just went in today, I asked a staff member lady for plant soil information and she helped me with the right answer, I asked a staff member man to help me reach some pots and he came near me and Greet me first making eye contact I answer him afterwards and he reached my pot plants, the lady cashier polite and patiently helped me apply for Home Depot credit, Thank you

The person who assisted me (Jorge) was the most patient and knowledgeable associate I have encountered at Home Depot. Given that I had little knowledge of what I was looking for, he took the time to answer all of my questions and recommend equipment needed for my project. He took the time to walk me over to the specific aisles at least 4 times and extensively described the tool usage. Home Depot should be honored to have such a knowledgeable and client oriented employee. Thank you Jorge!

bought the impact several monts ago very pleased on how convienant the tool really is so old fashioned that you dont realized it until your actually using the tools itself by all means love the store love the people in general a home depot shopper
