After searching for some help, Kurt was sent my way and unbeknownst to him he would need to search an item, climb a ladder and look through boxes for my item. But he did and I am forever grateful to him for his time and patience.

Needed a kitchen faucet. The one I had seen on line was not there. Frank was paged for me. He was friendly and helpful. Wish it could always be like this. But very greatful to Frank!

The employees in this store are always so helpful and go out of their way for the customer.

I want to give one star for this particular trip but I can’t because everyone else there is really great. There is one woman in garden who constantly gives customers an issue when it comes to clearance items. Not only me, but the lady in front of me. It’s an attitude of “the customer doesn’t know anything, let me call a supervisor” who she then even questions further or saying “I don’t think it’s right but ok”. On one trip I saw she was the only one ringing up in garden, and I was getting a massive haul of heavy pavers, and I knew it was going to be an issue and sure enough it was. I didn’t go back and sent to a store further away because she constantly makes me feel like I’m trying to get away with something or dishonest. Not great.

I had a challenge with a can of paint I purchased and the sales person at the paint department quickly called Debra the store manger and the issue was resolved in a quick and courteous manner.

I was shopping at the Home Depot in Huntington and one of there employee's B.K., was such a big help! I will look for him anytime I go back to that store! Thank you B.K.!

I needed some help in the pro area of the store and a lovely young woman named Melody was super helpful, sweet, & extremely informative. She is definitely a reason I will recommend Huntington Home Depot to all my colleagues! Thank you Melody you are nothing short of amazing!!!!

James ASM and Nilsen from the service are amazing workers and as a Boss and Ceo I will make sure their bills will not be affected and matters will be obliged

I am a regular shopper at Home Drpot in Huntington and for me it’s always clean and staff is friendly.

There are quite a few salespeople on the floor to help out when you can't find something or have a question.

Windows sales persons Victor and Valerie were very helpful. I have placed order for entire house windows, Patio and Entry doors. Hoping to receive right products on given dates

Wendy was a peach - and and unbeknownst to her, I needed that at that moment in time. My wife had just suffered a bad bike accident and we were in the ER for 15 hours thereafter. Sometimes you don't know how far a bit of kindness might go. Wendy gets it and I'm glad I interacted with her that morning before departing for the hospital that I just found out that I needed to go to while in the store. Thanks, Wendy - keep up the terrific human relations that sells Home Depot as much as anything.

Ken helped me out with a portable grill that I couldn’t find! He was super helpful and I appreciate the consistent customer experience when going to Huntington HD

Had trouble finding multiple items and staff was very helpful

The girl at checkout directed my to her open line. She was nice and courteous. I was having a bad day and the smile and courtesy helped brighten my day. Thank you. I think he name was Kaylee.

I had to go to the Huntington, NY Home Depot a few days in a row for a plumbing project at home. Thank goodness a man named Curt or Kurt was their again (spelling?). He expeditiously tries to help you and goes way beyond to be sure you are purchasing the right parts and do the job to code. When he is off, I am very disappointed. LOL. Every single employee we have dealt with has been extremely attentive and helpful!!

We went to the store to purchase a washer,dryer and refrigerator and have it set up and delivered to another state. She helped us find the appliances we were looking for set up delivery install and warranties, explained in detail what we were getting asked if the dryer was gas or electric waited while we texted where it was going to get a picture so we would order the right one.

Always a pleasure shopping at Home Depot in Huntington. Jennifer was extremely kind and efficient in checking me out today. Thanks to all the great employees at this location. The customer service, cleanliness, organization and stocking of product is unparalleled at Huntington compared to other locations I frequent (elmont and Hempstead). I try to avoid elmont and Hempstead at all costs, but always enjoy my trips to Huntington. Thanks again!
