I was provided great customer by Alexis at the store at 3401 Oakwood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33020. It’s Very rare to get good customer service here in South Florida!

I had a unique situation in which the cashier I had gone to wasn’t sure what to do. She asked a coworker for a guidance and a coworker immediately came over, provided a guidance and successfully completed my order.

All of the staff l interacted with were helpful. from the worker in a department to the outside loaders, from the Will Call cashier to the checkout cashiers. I am a woman and would have liked the associate who told me where the water heaters were to suggest what l could do if l needed help loading it to my cart for purchase and to my vehicle afterwards.

I went in to get some paint samples, and met Andrew. This young man was pleasant, friendly, helpful, engaging and patient. I wasn't in a hurry, so when customers came over I encouraged him to assist them while I made my final selections; he was equally as pleasant, friendly and helpful with each person wo stopped to ask a question, even if it was unrelated to paint. He knows the store, and directed several customers to what they were looking for, by aisle number. Another customer, tuned me to answer said "I love his personality" I agree. I couldn't have asked for a better experience & I'll absolutely be returning to this store to make my purchase and he'll be the reason that I do.

The customer service team was so helpful and efficient. They handled me with ease I was surprised that it was that quick to return. I was serviced by Sabrina and she was so sweet and reassured me that the money would be back within 3 business days. Awesome work!

I used the Crubside app, and the young lady was great. I had my order within 5 min.

Many go to Home Depot to do it yourself( DYI ) projects and it’s fun and exciting to do it but can feel frustrating when we need guidance once at the store and the employee in that department is not totally knowledgeable. I asked some plumbing questions and the worker in that department said that they are not plumbers. It was almost like he was saying you need to get yourself a plumber. Also it would be great if there were call boxes so customers could just push a button and someone from that department will come within a 5 to 10 minutes. If there is no one available, the box would advise to push another button for a supervisor who would arrange assistance. Many aisles did not have assistants and we are left to search for answers from assistants in other departments.

Lady at the check out demanded to know how many items I ran and I replied I don’t know I wasn’t counting as I was doing HER job so she goes to the screen and sarcastically counts each item..as I tried to put in my military discount she swats my hand away and rudely says ‘I am doing something’ so I asked for a manager but shockingly nobody came so I left…

This Home Depot tend to have items in stock that other home depot Stores may not have on their shelves. Most Home Depots have an item listed as available...but upon arriving at the store, one is disappointed that the list was not up to date...and the store was out of the item in question. This store's availability tends to be on point!

I was able to find the adhesive that no one else had in stock,this store in Hollywood carries a lot of idems,and is well stocked.

I love coming to the Home Depot at 1951 South State Rd. 7 location in Hollywood. Today I had one of my best experiences at a home improvement store. Once we got there we were helped by two gentleman working in lumber by taking down a back stock of the type we needed and few more employees were able to join in helping us pick out the best pieces. Aneita was exceptionally helpful today by finding all the right tools we needed. She walked us to the car with her co-worker and helped us load up the car. Exceptional staff!

I bought a house appliance and was helped by my cashier Naekeva. She explained everything and was very patient.

I had a wonderful experience with Camille, the manager. She was accommodating, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist customers.

I visit this store often but avoid it if possible. Employees in the store are often unfriendly and many have no interest in helping you. Half of the checkout lanes are always closed and there are never enough employees in any department. If there are, you often have to beg them for help. I’ve been to many Home Depot’s around the country and this store is overall poorly run.

Store is near to me and always have what I need for my home and garden. Will continue to shop here for my home..
