Purchased new water heater… JEM was friendly helpful and accommodating… two other floor employees so rude … JEM made up for the unpleasant people and because of her I will shop again at the Hilo Home Depot

These two, wonderful people went out of their way to help me. Not once, but several times. They stopped what they were doing just to help me with every little thing. A lot of the products that I purchased that day were recommended by them. I was very impressed with their knowledge and customer skills. Please acknowledge them for their work

Everyone is helpful and very nice

Was looking at the banana trees for sale outside and noticed they had them placed directly against weeds that were covered in little fire ants. Little Fire ants are the biggest issue on big island. And wreckless plant nursery's are the main cause of the spread. Huge colonies can live in potted plants. At the very least home Depot should have all plants within the green house and be baiting the entire property for fire ants every month including the parking lot which is infested.

I had a great experience with Sales Clerk Kapono. He was very helpful and had great customer service.

I actually had a good shopping experience today at Home Depot in Hilo. Bonnie, in the Pro area helped me with all my delivery purchases and all the items I needed where in stock.

Lack of help, slow pickup process, many special deals not available in Hawaii big island as advertised on home depot, deals should be nationwide.. we are spending thousands of dollars here in Hawaii..

Came in to buy a small refrigerator on Black Friday. The appliance department was a little backed up, so Stacy from the next department offered to process the sale. As I was heading out to the parking lot with the small refer, Louie, who was working in the Christmas tree lot, offered to help me load the box into my vehicle. Both of these valuable employees went above and beyond the call of duty. Aloha!

It was easy to find the products and an employee had a weed eater that I needed and helped me to the check out. Easy to apply for a credit card and got 25.00 off my total. Super happy

Every time I have a question or need help getting a product that is up high I can always find friendly help.

So happy I bought these items last 6 months or more ago and the price of engine oil is reasonable.

Although our Home Depot here in Hilo has pretty good service in general, the help I received from Harry in the electrical department was exceptional. This was the first time I was attempting to replace some old, worn out electrical outlets and it felt very intimidating. After asking for some guidance, Harry took the time the explain my options and helped lead me to the right items to purchase. After my experience with him, I felt very confident taking on this new project. Thank you again Harry!

The oven in our apartment died, and the estimated cost to fix such an old machine was not worth it, given we could purchase a new range for around twice the price, so we headed to Home Depot. They had a good selection, and the salesperson working in the appliance section was fantastic: she was very knowledgeable and friendly and overall, made the experience easy. On our first visit, she informed us about the process. We did our research and returned today, and she made us feel confident about our decision and the whole purchase only took about 10 minutes. My experience here has always been that the customer service staff is great. This is definitely the first place I go for any home needs.
