This location is closest to my home and I've found them to be reliably stocked and helpful employees! We've also rented trucks here with ease.

Renee at the pro desk was super helpful as she had the flooring expertise that I needed. She gave me good advice and help me find the products I needed. There wasn’t one person who wasn’t helpful at this store. They were well stocked and clean and it was a pleasure shopping there!

Jake was a great salesperson for my washer and dryer. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to work with him on my kitchen project!

Shop elsewhere. They only have a handful of employees. They don’t answer their phone. Terrible customer service!

Someone is always ready and happy to help. I never feel like a pain in the butt when u all for help from employees.

My family went shopping on Black Friday and were greeted at the door with donuts, coffee and friendly welcomes. I told my son I bet we were greeted by at least 15 people asking us if we needed any assistance, we had help with keys being made, directing us to the correct isle, helpful and friendly staff everywhere. We will definitely be back to this Home Depot!

I bought a gallon of paint and later realized it wasn't the color I had imagined for my space. I called this location and was lucky enough to have Maya from the Paint Department answer. She was very kind and patient with my questions and said she could try to adjust the color if I brought the paint in. When I brought the paint in, she was very friendly and fun to work with. She used her expert knowledge to add multiple colors to the paint and was able to change it to be the PERFECT color. She was amazing to work with and because the experience she provided and the product she helped with, I will absolutely refer anyone with paint needs to her and to this location. She is a valuable asset to this team!

I have always found what I needed and items are almost always in stock.

I was looking for a dehumidifier and was unsure which brand and model to get. The associate who helped me recommended a brand that he owned personally and that he'd heard no negative feedback for and steered me away from brands he'd heard customer complaints about. Very helpful as was the cashier who helped me save money by making me aware of a promotional discount.

Have been to this Home Depot numerous times for products regarding DYI projects on my home. I’ve consistently received great customer service, help and help loading items. My experiences have been top notch.

This store used to be fully staffed and provided good customer service. Not so much any longer. If you can find an employee, chances are he or she will lack sufficient knowledge to assist you, or even care about you as a customer. Are good employees so hard to find these days? There is too much business competition for your customers to accept shoddy service.

the crew at the Hilliard store consistently offer knowledgeable assistance, friendly/helpful attitude and the store is clean and well stocked. as a long time customer I enjoy my visits there.

The "RYOBI ONE+ 18V Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah Battery (2-Pack) and Charger Kit" have some excellent batteries, PBP005. But the charger, PCG002, is sub-par at best. Light weight and cheap-feeling, with a long but entirely too fragile power cord, even for home users. Does it work? Yes. Is it robust and what you'd expect for a power tool charger? No. My 10 year old RYOBI P116 18V Charger is far and away a sturdier and much more robust product, which is what I expected from RYOBI with this new charger. Sadly, it looks and feels "cheap", built by the lowest bidder.

Home Depot is a life style for me. I curious on the amount of money I have spent here in my life time?

These people keep sending me receipts for purchases I do not make. They have not removed me from there data base after I made several requests. I must constantly check my credit card for fraudulent purchases because it appears anyone can use anyone's credit card in a home Depot

the best store in town the best customer service clean and neat store and every one is so friendly

I needed a wire shelf cut and I was surprised that the store had someone come and cut it for me for no charge. It was quick and I was on my way in no time.

Our 3 sons purchased a new washer and dryer for us for Christmas. We had to go into the store to purchase new dryer venting. While there we were assisted by John, Don, and Lisa. These three Home Depot Associates provided outstanding, personable, and attentive customer service. If you are looking to purchase appliances I highly recommend speaking with them at this store. You will be most glad you did.

people are nice and the store is clean.

I appreciate the store being well stocked, clean, organized and the inside being well lit. Also, the employees being helpful and professional. My only complaint is that too many lights in the parking lot were out and it was VERY dark. This is a big problem due to crime being up everywhere, including Hilliard.

We were in need of a new stove and dishwasher we decided upon this location due to convenience and I'm so glad we did, we were assisted by May Chen she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all products we inquired about.. she exceeded our expectations!!!
