Christina was really helpful on helping me find every item I needed to complete my job. The store was well organized and checkout was a breeze.

They always have my antifreeze for gm vehicles I go to other home depots & they are always out of stock & the price is way lower,& better compared to going to an auto store.

Very satisfied with the Dryer and washing machine I bought at your Hercules location.

Needed to firm up my mattress for a bad back. Met the associate named Paul who helped with a great deal of knowledge of which plywood might help and the sizing of the board. Very cordial and he was very knowledgeable and efficient on the saw. Then the check out, Carey was also very helpful in moving us through quickly. He too was very cordial. This was a very positive shopping experience. Tried the board under the mattress and had a much better and comfortable sleep.

This cashier, Simran Jeet, was a very friendly employee with a beautiful smile ! HR needs to hire more people like her ! I would purchase one item at a time, just to go through her check stand !

I found lots of Home depot associates walking around talking to each other but one no offering to help.

I would like to see more security or police presence at the Hercules store. It is somewhat frustrating tools are locked up. It makes it difficult to read the box the tool comes in or just to hold the tool in general. Also smaller tools were like tape measures and end wrenches are more difficult to get, I understand with th increase in theft these days has caused more preventative measures to deture theft, maybe more employees in the tool section would be a more helpful and pleasant experience at homedepot.

I purchased A Ryobi leaf vacuum online with the Home Depot gift card. Total cost was $238.16. I received more than one for Christmas so I had to return the one that I had bought. Went to Home Depot / Hercules to return the unopened Ryobi leaf vacuum and I was unable to get a gift card in return or an e-card for the credit. They wanted to give me a store credit that could only be used in the store but I want to be able to use it online so I insisted on e-card. Spent an hour and 45 minutes at the store counter, trying to get my credit , but never did. I am still waiting for Home Depot home office to credit my $238.16 back to my original gift card. They said it could take up to seven days before that happens. I will say that the people helping me did a excellent job trying to get me my money back, but the Home Depot system is not friendly to give back your money. No problem taking it but to get it back, very difficult.

I've purchased many items at Hercules Home Depot and have always had a positive experience with the employees and products. I'd like some of the prices for lumber to come down but I have to say that even the prices for lumber are lower or competitive than other stores.

This is one of the better Home Depot store locations in the east bay. Thank to Kade from the gardening dept. who made my shopping experience a fantastic and eventful one.

I choose to shop at this particular location, even though there's one closer. The parking lot is free from excess commercial vehicles; no loiterers; super friendly staff; well stocked; easy checkout.

Chris greeted us and helped us with finding an alternative to a majorly needed product for an emergency, when he searched all stores and it was out- he came up with a better solution and helped us from start to finish. I’m at Home Depot multiple times a week but never have I ever had such great service! Thank you Chris! You saved the day!!!

My last 3 visits have been well worth it! Walked in and Ivan greeted me and helped me find all the items I needed to purchase! Without his help it would of took me an hour or more to complete , but it ended up only taking 15 minutes with Ivan’s help.

One day after my purchase. I am prompted to make a comment on how pleasant an experience it was. Thank You busy garden center for the employees taking the time to my me enjoy my shopping trip! Check-out was a pleasure!

I can always depend on the help of the staff. We buy all home improvements in HomeDepot of any kind.

Ordering online is made easy at first then it's a gamble it they have it or not. Inventory is off and I understand things happen, but what I don't understand is cancelling orders without notifying the customer is just bad customer service. Not even offer another product or any options. I guess sales is not important an retaining customers as well.

Juan Carlos at the pro desk made sure I didn’t leave until I was happy. I purchased something online and he matched the store price without any hassle. Juan displayed excellent customer service. Definitely a candidate for employee of the month.

GREETED AT THE DOOR BY EILEEN. MADE SURE I KNEW WHERE THE ITEMS I NEEDED TO PURCHASE WERE LOCATED. SHE ALSO SAW ME TO THE CHECKOUT COUNTER. VERY FRIENDLY.

I am remodeling a rental home and have made several trips to this store, as well as my contractor. We have always received the most attention from staff. Never have to 'hunt' staff down (like in so many other Home Depot stores in the Bay Area.) This store's staff walks up to ask if one needs help. And they know their stuff! So refreshing. John from Flooring/blinds was especially fun to work with and competent.
