If you ever need help with appliances at the Home Depot in Henderson, talk to Denise! She is the best and most knowledgeable person there and she cares greatly about what your needs are. I'm so thankful that I happened upon her when I walked in the store! My daughter loves the new refrigerator Denise!

It was time to wrap sensitive plants for the upcoming freeze and I needed burlap and string to cover the plants in my landscape. This burlap was the perfect weave of fabric to provide freeze protection and still allow light and wind to pass through it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the packaging uses packing tape at the ends and center to hold the roll together even though it is placed in an overlapping poly bag. The packing tape is difficult to remove and tends to damage the ends of the roll. Once you get the tape off, you are good to go. The rolls are 3 feet wide and 24 feet long which allowed me to cover at least 2 plants per roll.

We received above and beyond help from ANDREW! Rare in retail during the holidays, he was working a very busy lot, alone without compromising service. As a former Nordstrom customer service all star & 25 year situation solver, I recognize employees who take ownership of their jobs. Andrew should be recognized as a Home Depot all star!

This store is filled with employees who really do an excellent job in making me feel like I am a person and not just a number. The employees take the time to look at my photos, hear an old guy talk and share their laughter & smiles with me. They make a person feel "welcome" in their store. Also, the Store really treats veterans very well and I was stunned to see the decorations they put up for the Veterans Parking Spaces. I have attached a picture for all to see --

Went into Sunset location for plants and Jennifer was so helpful and answered all my questions. Disappointed they had no snake plants, but she did tell me to check back and they were sold out.

Felix was great. He asked how he could help us and stayed until we were done needing his help. Felix didn’t make us feel rushed. Thank you Felix!

This is our favorite location, staff is always friendly and efficient and we can always find someone to help, when needed.

I went shopping here the other day, and I was helped by 3 associates. I didn't catch one of the ladies name. But Judy at self check out was Awsome! She was so helpful checking my items out and called Jacob to help load my items to truck. I will definitely return here and shop.

I frequent the store a lot and most of the time I’m able to find what I need. Today I was unable to do that especially when I drove all the way from Lake Las Vegas, which is about 20 miles from my house to get to Home Depot and be frustrated that they did not have what I needed and what they did have was damaged and torn on the shelf And unsellable. Whoever is in charge of the garden department should be reprimanded for allowing it to look the way it did , disheveled, and nothing was in his place the garden soil, the bag for ripped open. The soil inside was hard and unusable so I eventually had to go and purchase one of the larger bags that I didn’t want to because all of the smaller bags were open and damaged and torn and screw all over the shelves.

I went to buy a shelf that I saw on line but the price was expired next day ,but the customer service department still be able to honor the price I saw on line and plus military discount

Mando in the lawn and garden nursery went above and beyond assisting me. I needed bags of decorative rocks. He noticed I needed help so he stopped what he was doing by loading my cart, pushing it to the register, and loaded the bags in my car. Definitely 5 star service!!
