Home Depot always has a good variety of plants, compost, plant food and tools. When ever I need anything for spring I go straight to Home Depot.

Great help in the plant department from a nice young man employee there.

I ordered some lumber over the phone today. When I arrived it was ready for pick up. The customer service desk was very friendly. I asked about the wood being cut down and she wasn’t sure if they could. I went to the cut center and spoke with a gentleman with a long beard. He was quick to say he could cut the wood and it was done immediately. He was so friendly and efficient.

This Home Depot has everything I need, and the staff is always available, and happy to assist. Unlike their competition where it is like playing "Duck Hunt" to find assistance - - this store has real CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am usually the guy who knows more than the average employee at the big box stores. Sometimes I get frustrated with either poor service or workers who are condescending or know-it-alls. This Home Depot has competent employees who treat customers with respect and go out of their way to help. Thank you!

You need more Cliffords Helling folks.

I was extremely happy with my recent purchase, the Appliance Specialist that assisted me was very knowledgeable about the products, she was also very helpful and courteous, overall it was a very pleasant experience

We have been really pleased with every shopping experience at Home Depot! Last month a staff member named Rand went above and beyond in helping me find an extension cord to suit my need and budget.He started off showing me the new ones and then walked back to clearance to find me the one I ended up purchasing. Was very grateful as I was really trying to watch my spending at that time but needed something to keep a water bucket for my lambs from freezing up. We are also extremely pleased to discover Home Depot’s Life Proof flooring for our mudroom and we are excited to continue using it in the rest of our house to replace our aged carpeting. The staff were also very helpful in helping my Dad through submitting his service credentials for his military discount. Finally, we were very happy with Home Depot’s selection of large utility sinks. The lady that helped us found just the one we wanted on her computer and helped us through the process of ordering it.

Even though obviously busy, all employees showed genuine care toward my needs.

I often despise going into home improvement stores. Today was amazing! Bruce helped us pick out our cabinets and get them ordered. There was a very nice gal in the carpet area. That was very thoughtful. And the lady at the self check out had a great personality that it didn’t feel like we were actually at a self check out.

It's an extremely rare occasion when staff is not available to assist me. Everyone is polite and offer assistance.

It’s becoming hard to move around in this store quickly, I don’t want to spend all day in the store I need to get in and get out.

Heard about the "Ryobi Days" special via the internet: buy two 4ah 18 volt lithium batteries at HALF PRICE ($99) and get a Ryobi tool for FREE. So I got two 18v 4ah batters and a 3/8" drive impact gun for $99...HECKUVA DEAL. I already have several 18v Ryobi tools (drill driver, impact driver, reciprocating saw) and have been very well served by them over the past 5 or 6 years. Really good quality and value for the money spent (I'm a homeowner and not a contractor so use my tools accordingly). In addition, they have stuck with the One+ 18v battery system for years now which enables me to continue to add to my tool box and still capitalize on the same batteries/charges. Finally, I'm getting much better life out of these batteries that I have with DeWalt in the past. Great stuff for the money.

On a whim purchased a ztr mower. Needed to pick-up next week. Employees worked to make that happen for me. On-line inventory was incorrect preventing computer to allow sale but employees kept at it until sale was complete.

Employee are help and very friendly. I worked with Tom Tutty. He was great!

Came in to purchase some lumber. The only carts in the store were being used BY THE STORE for storage. I asked the cashier if there were any lumber carts available, and his response was, "they're out in the parking lot"? Guess it is too much to expect there to be carts available to load one's purchases?

Great experience at the self-checkout today. Lydia was fabulous! While others were cordial, Lydia went above and beyond what I would have expected and made this trip to Home Depot a very satisfying experience. Hire more people like Lydia - your parking lot will be full everyday all day long!

Josh, Dane and Deanna, I had an amazing shopping experience! From pushing around the lumber trolley and directing me to the next item on my list, to telling me where a better value of gloves were located to being so pleasant at the checkout counter, you three went above and beyond!

I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and the delivery team was not able to install. I called Geri, one of the managers and she came up with a great plan to help. She is a true asset to Home Depot and a major reason we will be back

We have been building a VRBO on our property and the employees of this store have been extremely patient with us as we muddle through trying to figure it all out. I can't say enough about how they have gone above and beyond the necessary in all departments to be accomodating to us. Thank you!

This guy was great helping us find everything we needed so we didn't have to make multiple trips.

This isn't about a specific product I've bought at Home Depot. This is about the great service I always receive from Tim at the self check out. I'm in Home Depot at least 3 times a week and always look forward to seeing Tim rolling around and use the self checkout specifically so I can see him. What a great guy!
