We took a ride up to the Home Depot in Hagerstown, and was happily surprised that they had more than we expected, from dealings with two other stores. Their nursery was really nice and had a good array of plants, whereas we purchased 3 different types for our home. I'm sure we'll be going back for more. It's a little bit of a drive, but I don't mind, if I know they'll have what I need.

As I had stated in previous comment areas Katie was a delight very pleasant. And there's also another gentleman who I believe his name was Jimmy B anyway seems to be polite and courteous always asking customers if they need help or if they're finding everything okay you always ask how their day was and always thinks the customers. I have seen him numbers times between myself and other customers always helping out and if it's something he can't help with he tries to find someone else who can. It seems like he truly does care for the customer and our needs even if he's busy doing something he will either stop and help or he will.ask wait one moment and then help it is refreshing to find it is refreshing to people like that nowadays his politeness and helpfulness they truly seems like he is truly appreciate the customer he is part of the reason I continue coming to this store of course I'm not for sure his schedule there have been times where I don't see him but usually when I'm shopping in the evenings I find him and he never fails to help

I love the Hagerstown Home Depot. They always treat me so nice always stocked up and always willing to look for something for you. never brush you off t Or act like you’re not important.

Clean store, items are price tagged and employees are very helpful. I would recommend this store!

Our experience with the members of the Kitchen Design department at Home Depot store# 2567 in Hagerstown, MD has been exemplary. Ron ended up being our main point man in the department, but Amber and Stephanie were just as helpful and professional as Ron whenever we needed them to assist us. Ron and his teammates are all highly skilled and experienced in know how to help customers navigate through complex projects and the multitude of decisions that follow. Because of their experience, they know just where to point out possible problems and common pitfalls that consumers make when planning for a large scale, high cost, project such as a kitchen remodel. They kept in touch with us through the entire timeline. They don't just do the design, make the sale and wave goodbye. The follow up with emails and phone calls and keep in touch through each major step in the process. If there are any problems, they will do their very best to make things right for the customer and use whatever influence they have to provide a satisfactory outcome for the customer. They are quick to follow through on issue and items that might involve the manufacturer or the store. I highly recommend using this team. They are indeed a true team and support each other no matter what the circumstances. The Hagerstown, MD Home Depot store is very fortunate to have these, and other, professionals in that store representing them. Thank you Ron, Stephanie and Amber.

Employees were very helpful, especially our cashier, William. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I was purchasing. He was also very thorough in explaining everything and made sure I got the right products!

Last week I brought kitchen flooring and had a great customer service help and locating the flowing I wanted.

I was very pleased with the associates who helped me during a stressful time when I needed mouse traps. Yuck. Talked me thru which ones best. Cashier associate let me know batteries were on clearance rack so I got more for my money. He also helped me navigate the self check out Highly recommend the store

All employees were friendly and helpful, much better than the big blue box stores. Joanne at check out was very helpful.

From the management to customer service to the sales floor team "THANK YOU" And a special shout out to Bob on 2/23/24 for assisting me in the plumbing aisle for home drain maintenance. He is very informative, professional and he made sure I was satisfied before stepping away. He personally and professionally recommended products to me to not only satisfy my task, but more importantly to keep us safe! He took customer service to a whole new level with me and absolutely deserves this heartfelt shout out !

Today my wife and I stopped in at the Home Depot in Hagerstown, Maryland to purchase six American Flags 🇺🇸 but area 56 Had no flags in location. We checked at the Customer Service Desk and spoke with Angela who called PHIL. Phil found the flags that we needed in another stocking location and secured six flags for us. God Bless America 🇺🇸 Good Job Angela and Phil!!!

Pete and Cara were beyond helpful today January 2 when we were went in looking for a discounted Christmas tree for next year and of course we got lucky and got the last one with lights. They were just fantastic helping us and I’ve been shopping at your store for 23 years and Cara and Pete are definitely assets to your company.

I bought Behr paint in this store and really like the product.

Home Depot offers discounts to contractors and Military service members. Contractors receive discounts on building materials, but service members do not. I spent almost 3k on building materials and got no discount whereas a contractor would have gotten a discount.

This Home Depot has amazing people who work there They really care that you are finding what you need , they are knowledgeable and so very kind. I one sales person can’t answer your questions they will find someone who can. My entire shopping experience there was really fun and enjoyable.

I recently bought 8 new doors, a major purchase for me, and Randy and Allen made the process easy. Allen really went above and beyond, making sure I had everything I needed.

Salesman Harry was knowledgeable, attentive and personable. Made us feel like we were the only customer in the store. Not pushy or rushing us to make a decision on what grill we wanted from the selection available

Bought chainsaw chain online at a competitor, but upon arrival, not in stock. Went straight to Home Depot. Jeff helped me find a possible match (but different brand than my chainsaw) but the compatible numbers listed didn't exactly match mine. I asked if I could bring my chainsaw in to see if it fit. He said yes! I fed the chain in, it appeared to fit. I asked if I could actually run it to see if, in fact, it would work. He said yes and went outside w/me to run it! Absolutely BEST customer service EVER! He was friendly, thorough and went out of his way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I needed!
