Very pro-Halloween decor fanatics and very helpful staff, especially Tom who helped me find a spooky guy off the top shelf. Very friendly staff, a great HD location.

Their installation team delivered a French door refrigerator, first they told me they were doing me a favor by installing the unit and they should have left it in the porch. They were in a rush, did not turn the water back on. Left the unit covered in the plastic so I could not test it before they left. They damaged my floors by sliding the unit instead of lifting it. They scratched the door during the install. Although I paid to have the old unit removed, they left it in the middle of the room. When they removed the old hose they just laid it on the wood floor, leaving puddles of water.

I like shopping at this store because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products in their department. I've been to other Home Depots across the nation and I really think this one is special in how many of their employees go above and beyond.

Always clean and easy to get in and out

first purchase of washer was huge problem with vibration and then replacement still had bad vibration and was told technician would come out but only delivery person came and did not solve the problem. I also had damage to the flood from first delivery that is still pending. All in all so far, things have worked out but after 3 weeks of back and forth and several hours of 4 different days of staying home waiting for delivery .

Very happy with our shopping experience. The people knew what they were talking about. The other home improvement store had no idea what we were looking for.

I just bought a home and went in to get carpet and paint. Kile and Clay were absolute rockstars. They went above and beyond. They are the reason that I will only shop at the Greenwood store. Customer service like that is hard to find They make me want to go back and spend more money just for the customer service experience.
