I was very pleased with the attitude and knowledge of Dee who helped me get all my roofing materials ready, purchased and on the way for delivery to my home.

I needed some 9V batteries for smoke detectors, decided to stop at Home Depot, and was happy to find they had a good selection of what I came for. Two employees helped me find them, and Jadyn checked me out...all very friendly.

Women answering phone for customer service could use customer service training ! She communicated that’s how they purchase it from manufacturer. I attempted to ask why but was abruptly told to return it.

Thanks so much for providing outstanding customer service today! You were able to get our order processed that was 3 months in the making. So much appreciated your expertise and I’m super excited for our remodel. Home Depot- You hired a great person in Mikayla!!!

Multiple employees smiled at me and said hi, asked if I need any help, and Ray went above and beyond, even helping me load my vehicle with a pallet of tile, thin set, grout and lumber. At the end he even took all the carts back for me! He insisted on taking them all himself even though I offered to help! Ray went above and beyond. Thanks Ray!

I bought paint to redo my bathroom and Sherie Biskey was wonderfully helpful. She suggested the best paint to work in the damp environment and walked me through how to prepare the surfaces.

Asked for price on trusses 3 weeks ago... Still no price... I've since purchased from another source and built the shed the trusses I wanted were for.

I prefer getting Behr paint and I like the helpful employees in whatever department I need to shop in.

We were so grateful to have Sherry help us in the paint department yesterday. She helped us make decisions based on our needs and was so efficient and friendly.

The store are used to be clean and well taken care of. The staff used to be super friendly and helpful. This is not the case anymore now employees stand around talking to each other and act annoyed. If you ask them to help you. The store is filthy and cashiers are rude. I thought it was an off day, but I have made several trips there in the last month and each time it is just the same. I’d rather travel out of town to visit competing stores, then to continue shopping this one.

Matthew was AMAZING! I will definitely seek him out the next time I go in.

I needed to make copies of two keys, and the sales clerk in hardware was super helpful and even helped a new trainee to run the key cutter for me

Heather in the garden department at the Grand Rapids, MN location was extremely helpful! I love getting my spring gardening plants at Home Depot. They just seem to be great healthy plants that grow well in my zone.

I wish I could say that poor service is an anomaly, but it is noticed on every trip. Employees will walk past you, or continue personal conversations, or tell you it’s not their department. No one offers to help load lumber or Sheetrock, or check inventory (if a “3rd party” product, they know nothing), or simply place an order (we waited 20 mins. for carpet then left). Tip… be sure your item has a barcode or you’ll be sent to the other end of the store to get another one. If you walk in assuming it is a self-service store, you will have the right attitude. Except when they try to sign you up for a credit card.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees at the Grand Rapids, MN store. We had a great experience and are very happy with the grill we purchased.

We went in for a washer yesterday as ours hit the dust. Ray greeted us with a smile and helped us find the best fit for our family!

Felt very uncomfortable with the self checkout lady. She stood inches behind us as we scanned all items. My husband made a comment about getting anxiety because she was soo close to us and she laughed at him. How rude and unprofessional. On a good note, the lady who got our paint was very kind and helped us with what we needed.

So glad to have Home Depot

Purchased the new Ryobi +1 HP power tools….Had everything I needed….and great help….

Had the carpet measurement guy out and stood next to him telling him exactly where I wanted carpet for my living room, and with there fancy iPad measurements failed. My suggestion would be to go to a carpet store if you don’t want any setbacks……

everyone working at this Grand Rapids store was excellent in helping to find products we needed no matter which department we were in. i definitely will be back to this particular store - can't say that about the Fargo store - i think the employees there must hide - its' a ghost town in there when it comes to employees

We purchased deck paint that needed to be color match we were impressed with the time and over the top help we received. We also ordered building items and the Pro account associate was so helpful in ordering the right items. Our order was complete and very easy to process.
