They keep heavy bags of salt after checkouts, and "store policy" mandates you have to carry each one to your trolley on the store side if check out. Not the best!

Peter is an example of a weak link and should not be employed at your establishment. If he did this once he will do it again. He blatantly refused to help us grab heavy lumber that was over our head. I actually didn't ask him because he was older, I simply asked if he could call someone else to help.

Kevin was so nice in the paint department. He welcome us, helped us, smiled, and made us feel good to be in his store. He was happy to be doing his job, and you don’t see that much anymore as a whole in the workplace.

I have shop at the Home Depot at Fry Rd and 99 on several occasion and have never been dissapointed with the service and products available.

As I was checking out today, I was trying to pull up my pro account to access my perks. However it asked for validation and took me a while. I told Cecilia to forget about the perk, however she was very patient & even offered to help me find the perks on my account. She was helpful and greeted me with a smile. I remember her from a previous trip and she was just as kind.

Over the years going to this Home Depot I have seen a shift in employee involvement and store cleaner ext.

I was able to find all items needed for a fence rebuild at great pricing!

This store has a few different displays near the entrance, but never any carts. There are 500 or more carts staged throughout the parking lot, but none near the entrance, near customer service or anywhere near the front of the store. The nearest shopping carts were 200-300 feet away. I mentioned to a woman at customer service and she said customers need to retrieve a shopping cart from the parking lot. What sense does it make for store to make it difficult for your customers to find and purchase goods from your store? What is the purpose of a plant display if there is no way to transfer or pay for the plants? I wish this was an isolated incident, but this practice has been in use for at least the last three months. The worst CUSTOMER SERVICE practice. Go to a competitor where their shopping carts are more conveniently located and designed to aid you in your shopping experience.

A super nice lady by the name of Beverly helped me at the register. When somebody does a great job and is polite, and really goes out of the way, they really need recognition. Beverly , Outstanding job.

This Home Depot has the most helpful employees of any Home Depot I have been in. Whoever does their hiring does a great job!

Michealangelo is the best thing to happen to this store in quite a while. I can tell a difference he has made since becoming the manager.

I used to manage various departments at this store-never was it allowed to be in the condition it is now. We were not allowed to walk by customers without greeting them. Now, I feel as if I am an imposition for walking in the store and bothering the associates-michaelangelo is a crappy manager

i was about pay, costumer representative Paula was talking to another employee and i was already in like ready to pay, she was talking about her personal life for about 5 min, Silvia which she was so amazing asked me to come to a different counter and pay with her, paula started to mock me and laughing because silvia helped me, as a company owner i spend lot lot money in this business and at least we deserve good costumer service, i felt humiliated and embarrassed to be at fry rd location, Silvia was extremely helpful and patient Hope she get what she gives, good treatment and quality of service

I was looking for something and was directed to go to the paint section. The man told me to go to the different department but again I was directed to the paint section. I didn’t want to ask the same person, so went to customer service. There was Kevin who was kind and helpful showed me where I could find it. Yes, it was Paint department. Thank you Kevin.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Friendly and easy to work with and communicate with. This is my favorite store to visit as a contractor.

I just had the most amazing customer service experience at the Fry Rd., Katy Home Depot. I needed a plumbing piece to fix a broken shower and within minutes I was helped. Came home & resolved the problem within 1/2 hour. Just amazing!

Sales associate #RGOWL57 refused to attend to me when I explained that I did not like the condition of the item I purchased online. I asked to speak to the manager then proceeded to wait another 15 to 20 minutes only for the Manager to not acknowledge that I was there waiting on her. The manager never spoke to me and I left. Overall, very bad customer service with a store management that are not customer centric.

I went to this store while doing errands, due to it's convenient location. I'd never been to this particular Home Depot before and feel it was easy to shop and the employees are helpful and available.

I shop this store very frequently and always find what I need. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. From major appliances to nuts & bolts, they have it all.

Before I could confirm email account for my receipt The account was closed. I had to go to customer service for refund and recheckout. Clerk did not know how to make it happen

Amazing Customer service experience with Travis and Sara. Travis was very friendly and super helpful he was extremely knowledgeable on the product I was purchasing and product location of other items I needed in the store. Sara, the cashier was a breath of fresh air and made check out a breeze.
