I’ve been buying a lot of Milwaukee tools since I started my handyman service. There is a Milwaukee rep by the name of Josh who has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He shared his phone number with me so for example, I asked him if Milwaukee made a laser for leveling projects and he helped me this morning with my questions via text. I stopped by the store and bought the top of the line model after talking with an amazing associate by the name of Jesus. Jesus took the time and researched the two models I was looking at and so far the laser looks amazing! Keep it up Home Depot. You’re gaining my loyalty, very quickly!

Staff saved us from a 219.00 plumbing bill. So helpful. Definitely above and beyond.

I have a touch lamp that I have had for over 20 years. Recently it stopped turning on and off when I would touch it. I found out that it needed a replacement control box. I purchased a new one from the Kimberly Home Depot. Chad at the Grand Chute Home Depot replaced the old control box with the new one, and now my touch lamp works correctly. This lamp is very important to me, and having it work properly means a great deal to me. Thank you, Chad. 🙂

Picked up a lawnmower cart. It was stored on the top shelf needing the forklift to get down. Josh and Tray were helpful in getting it down and loading it into my truck.

Cathy in flooring went above and beyond helping me with what I needed. She not only helped out with what I needed but she also saved me money by explaining to me why I did not need to get all the items I was purchasing.

The associate that helped me with my 1st purchase of vinyl flooring was very knowledge of the install process and shared her tips and tricks to make it a success!! She took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase, measurements and the install process. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other retail stores where they don't even take the time to say hi! Great job Grand Chute store and Alyssa L!!

I showed up at 8:30PM (2 days in a row) in search of a new tool chest. As much as I did not want to be the person that walked in shortly before close, unfortunately, I was, as it was the only time I could make it there. The employees were so friendly and helpful and not one of them made me feel rushed! They were amazing and helping me find exactly what I needed and they even loaded it up after close. I'm not encouraging showing up shortly before they close, but I do want to recognize that not many retail stores that I've visited have employees that are this friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they guarantee customer satisfaction! Home Depot in Grand Chute, WI is an awesome place to shop!! They have excellent customer service! I'm so excited to try out my new tool chest! I'm extremely satisfied with my entire shopping experience at the Home Depot! Five star service all the way! Highly recommend!!

Josh was extremely knowledgeable about everything I was purchasing and answered all of my questions about the battery powered snow shovel that I was looking at. He said he was going to buy his Dad one as well, but they had sold out. They had just gotten 3 in today and he said I should grab one before they sold out again. He also grabbed a cart for me because I had only come in for one thing, but I inevitably had my arms full. Thank you Josh! Keep up the great work! The cashier, Jeannette, was also very pleasant! She told me how much she liked her job and pointed out how nice the wreath was that I had gotten for my wife. Thank you Josh and Jeannette! You made my Home Depot trip great!

Bradley went above and beyond to allow us to return an item.

I had to run in for a lawn sweeper. The service desk called Nate and he came over right away to help me. He helped load it onto the cart, stood at the checkout with me and then loaded it in my vehicle. So appreciate the service I receive there.

We asked several employees for help, and either ignored us, or simply said no.

Disabled Combat Vet here, went in for storage solutions, scooted out with everything I needed and then some. Staff was amazing and patient with me as I can be a little extra sometimes! lol. But I really enjoy going to this store!

I have to say Alyssa L .went over and beyond to help us today in finding our flooring that we purchased 3 years ago which they no longer sell so Alyssa L. went to her trusty computer and with her knowledge of flooring and found something similar to what we have and did a almost perfect match so thankful she was there ❤️ . What a friendly kind helpful person.

Very nice people but had to make 2 trips to get my order straight. Hoping when it is delivered it is correct. Website wasn't a help to order what I needed.
