I was assisted by three employees who were very friendly and helpful. Plus I found just what I needed and it was on sale!!

We're it not for the convenience of this store, it would be my last choice of places to shop.

Every tree has bad apples but mostly are great I have had my fair share of dealing in this store but mostly are great helpful individuals

A very nice sales person named Zoe helped me pick a number of drywall sheets and then came with me outside to help me load them onto to my truck. We were assisted by another nice young man named Joe.

I have always had an excellent shopping experience shopping at The Home Depot. This past Saturday I telephoned my local Home Depot and asked the Clerk, Laura< if they had Loctite Glass Glue in stock. Laura was not sure so she politely asked me if I could hold while she went to the proper department and determine if the product was in stock. Within just a few minutes the Laura informed me that the store had just one in stock. I asked her if she could hold it for me and that I would be there shortly to buy it. She said yes. Soon thereafter I did come to the store and purchase the item. Both Laura and Zelena pesonally greeted me at the front desk and showed me the product. It then purchased the product. Both Laura and Zelena have excellent customer service skills. The glass glue worked perfectly. I highly recommend shopping at the Home Deport for home improvement and hardware product.

Did not plan to buy a new lawn mower on March 1 when snow was still on the ground here in WI. Mowing was the last thing on our mind, but, we saw this particular DeWalt mower & really liked it. Check-out was very pleasant, opened a credit card & got additional money off. I like walking up & down the aisles as I can always find something new whether it be light or a carpet for our granddaughter’s dorm room.

While in lumber I was inquired if I needed assistance even though he was clearly busy, I did not. Going through self checkout associate Michael helped me through the process thus speeding my starting my project at home.

I live very close to a Home Depot, but will go out of my way to shop at the one in Grafton. It is very clean, well stocked and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I've found that overall, the Grafton store is staffed with friendly, knowledgable, and supportive people. Our most recent visit was to replace a countertop for our laundry room. Dave was super efficient in taking our info and creating a plan that met our timeline and cost. Couldn't have ben better. Both the professional and personal aspects of the transaction flowed like I wished all our project needs could.

From the time I walked in till the time I left Tim Sullivan made the difference.

If you need electrical wire be prepared beforehand and have all your shopping done so you can then ask an associate to open the locked gate, get the wire you need, and then they will escort you to the checkout carrying the wire for you. Great policy to degrade customers.

Avery in painting dept was very helpful in fulfilling our paint orders and Vickie in flooring dept along with her associates were very helpful with our very large order.

I came in the store looking for an ice melt product was unfamiliar with all options available. Sales associates were quick to help me out and show me exactly what was needed.

HD has the most selection of well-made goods for home remodeling or construction at very compatible prices.

I desperately needed to find a new cordless bedroom shade to block the neighbors garage light that is always on and comes into the bedroom. From the moment I began to look I was asked more than once by Home Depot employees if I needed any help , I finally said yes and was helped very good to find what I needed and was assured after I asked if I get the window measured could I get it cut to size and was told no problem to bring it back and they will cut it to the size that I give them. I took the shade home and sized it and marked it as I was instructed by the Home delivery worker, brought it back with my receipt to show at the desk and a worker met me at the shade isle and cut it to size. Thank-you David in the Flooring, the worker that cut it to size and the sales cashier Michelle. This shade 48x48 Pewter Cordless Bo Cell Shade is excellent. I've always had good experiences at the Grafton Home Depot. Staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help you, i.e. taking you to the right area rather than just giving you directions. I think it's a great store.

Don was in the isle where I was looking for a leaf blower and right away asked if i needed help. Very personable and great customer service. These days help in many stores customer service is nonexistent which is why I shop online majority of the time. Thank you Don

Hi Everybody, It was a good day at Home Depot in Grafton, WI on yesterday. I was looking for some security lights, did not know exactly what details to look for and I was helped immensely by Karen. I am thankful for her helpful hints and insights. If you need help in the lighting department, ask for Karen, you'll be glad you did. If you have an Employee of the Year award, then I would like to nominate Karen for the time she afforded me with a great attitude and much useful info.

This isn’t my “home” Home Depot, but I go to this location often for work. Having had previous negative or neutral experiences with staff in years passed, I’ve really noticed an improvement over the last few weeks/ months. The employees are friendly and truly offer assistance if you need it. I’ve needed tax exempt status assistance with the Customer Service Desk and was blown away with the thorough help I got. Great to see genuine customer service growing back into the communities.

I purchased 2 boxes of amerimax gutter cap online and had it delivered to my house. I received 2 pieces. The online .com department told me there was noght they could do. I went to my local store and they went above and beyond to make it right. they called the online department and had it out with them. I got a refund and a discount on the item from my store. They took the matter into their hands to make sure I was happy. KUDOS!!!

Knowledgeable, courteous employees and well-organized and well-stocked shelves make shopping at this store a far superior experience to the Glendale location!
