A huge shout out to Tania who patiently and efficiently got me the items I needed for my shed project. Never have I experienced an employee so focused on the customer. Additionally, other employees (sorry I did not get their names) were equally helpful

I bought a washer at this center. Angela in the washer and refrigerator area was wonderful.

I enjoyed my visit to Home Depot, it was clean and followed Covid precautions. Everything that I went in for was in stock. Can’t thank employee Soseek enough for being extremely helpful and friendly.

Worst customer service, she was rude, awful can't be this was happening, today HOME DEPOT showed me they treat guest like criminals.... sucked to go here. Gotta find another store

First I was at the Carmichael store the man in tools was behaving like I was an inconvenience, then the clerk Rebecca at the pro desk was rude.

I had a plumbing problem that I could not have solved without the help of Gage. He stayed with me until I found with his help. Of course everything I needed to resolve my plumbing issue

Our power went off during this past rain storm and our electric sump pump, of course, was out of commission. I had to act fast and had no choice, but to go to Home Depot to either get a generator or a rechargeable sump pump. When I got to the store Steve, hands down, was there to guide me through my shopping experience. He walked me through the isles I needed to go to. He explained the rechargeable sump pump product I purchase and went beyond the call of duty. Once I purchased the batteries I needed them to be charged as our neighborhood power went off (02/06/24). Steve walked me to the Return counter and everyone especially Vanessa and Boka(sp?) was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. They really helped me put my mind at ease. They all helped me charged my batteries while I waited. Thank you all for your unwavering help and you all were my God send that afternoon/evening.

Both Rosa in Customer Service and Steve in Plumbing got together to resolve a repeat problem from HomeDepot.com with an in-store solution. They provided excellent customer service!!!

We were buying our Christmas tree three days before Christmas, and were served by two wonderful employees, Rudy and Christian. Rudy went above and beyond making the base for our tree. Took extra time at the end of the night to make sure we went home. Happy with our tree. This is the kind of customer service you appreciate in this time of year. Thank you

Although this particular store is out of the way, it makes for a better experience as it not saturated with customer at any given time. It is busy but the flow is even and predictable. Also, old timers like Cello and the younger people like Jacqueline make for a pleasant shopping experience.

Fernando, the Home Depot store manager, was absolutely amazing! He provided exceptional assistance and made my experience truly enjoyable.

Was looking for a LG refrigerator after hearing great things about the brand and i found one.

I always have been shopping at this Home depot in Glendale. The parking is convenient and all the products are easily well displayed. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Irma the cashier was wonderful and did an amazing job. She was respectful, smiling, greeted me and handled my items with much care. We had a wonderful conversation and she made the experience of shopping personal.

I went to the Home Depot on San Fernando Road and was helped by John. He was one of the best salespersons I have ever worked with. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about appliances, and although I had done a lot of research and thought I knew what I wanted, he pointed out things I had not considered. He was exactly right and I bought another model and I am very happy I did. Sales personnel like this are so hard to find. I lucked out!

I purchased numerous items at this home depot location and every time I arrive there is always someone there to help. They always have the information when needed as well.

My husband and I have been helped on many occasions from one particular employee #32780 by the name of Sylvia and she makes you feel like you are shopping in a local hardware store. She is so helpful and pleasant. Made our Home Depot experience so nice and will pick this store over the competition because of the personal service.

I came close to closing time which I know is annoying but everyone was still so helpful and kind. Christian offered to cut our lumber even though it was so close to closing time and Christina helped us find the right crimping tool for our wire. The cashier Oshin, was very sweet and made sure we found everything alright and even asked if there was anything else we needed to get since we were mentally going through a list of things we said we would get. It was a very sweet experience all around!

Zero help with making keys. After asking probably half a dozen people. No one came and the only help I got was being told by a passing employee to go to the vending machine. Could not make copies at the vending machine of one of the keys. The two that I did make don't work. Went to a different store the next day and got 2 working sets of all 3 keys made for half the price of their vending machine. absolute rip-off. friendly cashier but terrible service otherwise.
