I have been a Milwaukee tool fan for years and their battery operated tool line saves my business money, period. I have a corded 1/2" Milwaukee drill that is 11 years old and still tearing it up.

I shop at Home Depot because I and always count on them to take back extra items when I miscalculate and they make it pretty easy to return items that I could not operate properly.

Runs like most home depots I've been too, saw several people getting helped by staff, everything seems to be fine. I did not like that an HVAC vendor was allowed to be making sales pitches while I shopped and would not leave me alone.

Len the cashier and Ryan the plumbing associates are the smartest person in the face of the planet they deserve the highest pay there is they helped me out so much and Len he knows a lot

The Gilbert Home Depot store is lucky to have an Appliance Specialist like John. If only all Home Depot stores would use him as their model, sales would be through the roof. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to.

I have two Home Depot’s that are 4 miles from my house, I always come to this store because it is a much cleaner and well stocked store and all the employees are much more friendly and helpful.

I am going through a divorce and need to change the locks on my doors. So, I went shopping for new door hardware for 3 doors to my home. Ken helped me find the hardware that I needed and then found out that my current locks are Kwikset. He stopped the process and showed me how to rekey the locks instead of purchasing all new hardware. During this difficult time, finances are very tight, so because Ken saved me $245 on this trip, I have enough money for the rest of the month for food and gas! Thank you so much Ken!

Came in for a return and forgot to remove drill bits this store made it right. Matt and his team are great!

WOW, I generally hate going to Home Depot. It's hard to get help and so many of the employees seem to dread helping. BUT....this location is the total and complete opposite. Half of the battle in a home improvement stores is dealing with pleasant hard-working people who still value a customer. This would be my home store, if only, I weren't moving to Texas.

just left the store. the cashier at the garden section did not say a word to me. not when I came in, not when I checked out. not even to give me the total! she handed over my receipt and turned her back on me to start reading her book again. she seemed annoyed she had to help me

Today we went to Home Depot to find a washer and dryer for our new house. We were worried it would take all day. We were in an out within an hour and a half. Derek helped us find the right washer and dryer with no hassle. He was very informative and helpful.

You need to replace the US Flag.

I purchased a fire pit set and didn't receive the fire pit! When I first called this store I was told to bring back the chairs that we had already put together because they couldn't just reorder the fire pit. Ugh! I decided to go into the store to discuss the situation. I spoke with Elena in Customer Service and she was AMAZING! She made many phone calls to get the situation squared away but finally worked outside of the box in order to get me my missing firepit! Jeff and Brett were also most helpful in getting this situation squared away. Thank you to the morning team in Customer Service! Your help was most appreciated!

This is my store and my home improvement projects have brought me there numerous times in the last week or so. I particularly remember Theresa, Zan and Mitch the ex Marine as being very helpful on purchasing the correct products needed. Great store.

I live closer to another Home Depot, but rather go to the Gilbert Home Depot located on Val vista and warner because I know I’m going to get friendly customer service every time.

The clerk that assisted me made every effort to find the item that I was looking for. Even though it was not on the shelf where it was supposed to be and the computer showed that there were supposed to be 29 in stock, she made the extra effort until she located them.

The quality of products and the personal make this a great store.
