The Special Services Supervisor went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining the Christmas tree in demand this season for my daughter and her fiancé for what will be their first Christmas. She was so pleasant, kind and patient and worked her magic without making me feel like a bother. I can't be more thankful! I also had a wonderful experience with the cashier in lawn and garden the day before. Very kind and helpful. A breath of fresh air! This store is excelling in the customer service area. Thank you for the unexpectedly wonderful experience! Stellar job!

We started building a deck, 3 2x32, using Fiberon products. Two other stores new us would run out of items we needed. I called Gastonia store, one hour away. They had everything thing we needed and more! The staff was super friendly and quick to help with our needs. Cashier Sarah was also super nice. Keep up with the good work.

My husband and I went to garden center to purchase some flowers. Alot of the flowers were wilted and poor looking. It was VERY BUSY and they only had one register open. We went inside and only the uscan registers were open. No regular registers were open! It was busy and had to wait to use uscan...

I am very happy with my shopping experience here.

Taylor helped me pick out the wood I needed and cut it for us..... everyone helped us with loading up the car too with friendly smiles

I have had a great experience with this location every time I have been. The people are always friendly and willing to answer your questions. If they don't ha e the answer they find someone who does.

We were purchasing wood that needed to be cut with wood cutter. We had been to two other home improvement stores and both said their cutters were down and they did not know when it would be back operational. The Home Depot here was great and their wood cutter worked!!

Niq and Maura Provided the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced from a company. They both were very friendly, professional, and courteous. Definitely recommend this Home Depot for the great customer service they provide they both were exceptional and needs raises.. Or some kind of reward for the hard work that they do

I recently had several home/utility projects that I had, how to ideas in my head but no absolute plans for. With the help of various department associates and cursing the recommended isles I did find all supplies needed in one visit, one store.

Joseph, in landscaping, was AMAZING! He went well above and beyond to help my son and I with a seed/plant project. That type of customer service needs to be rewarded! He is going places! If I had my own business, I would hire Joseph in a heartbeat.

Told by 2 different people where I could locate bathroom exhaust fans, given 2 different answers and still not there, gave up and went somewhere else…also extremely rude employees!!

Jason was the most helpful employee we have come across. He was patient and extremely helpful in assisting all our needs! He made what should be a difficult process, a very smooth one. Highly recommend Jason for any needs you have!

I have used and preferred Home Depot for years. I am building a new house and I expect we will be spending a lot of time together to get it just right.

Bought an ac unit. They had plenty of staff on hand if I needed help.

Customer service and willingness to help are non existent

We bought patio chairs a few weeks ago and wanted more just like them. We were so happy to see that they had a good supply at a great price!

The store seems to have less and less staff. When I ask for help the response is often rude and off-putting. I had to ask 3 times for help and then told to find the help myself.

Deborah was an excellent employee that help us find the Grill we were looking for. She followed us through steps and even walked us out the store.

Maria delivered excellent customer service. I will be back to shop for future purchases and will request her specifically. She was great.

Every time I go I have a great experience. Usually pretty well stocked to me. My main two reasons for going are for paint or the garden section.
