I recently lost my husband and realized I’d have them mow the lawn myself. I’m older so I had just enough money to buy a ride on mower. I decided to do it with no experience whatsoever. I didn’t get a lot of assistance in my earlier trips to Home Depot, but I took a chance and went back and Hayden, young man that works there help me . assisted with purchasing the mower, understanding the mower and how it works. He then made a video with the steps of how to start it and use it and then he met me out front again after I bought it and went over the whole thing with me again, spent a great deal of time with me that day making sure I had everything I needed and understood the machine, I was truly satisfied with the experience of Hayden. I will return to Home Depot.

Bought several garden items recently and am very happy with them.

You two really saved our trip and made it productive! Someone needs to put one of you in charge of the lumber department - what a mess that was!! Outstanding service and help by the two of you and we really can't thank you enough for your attentive professionalism.

Mahlet help me with the warranty

Steve (Aqua Man, as they call him lolo) helped me on my visit today. He was FANTASTIC, actually had the item that I needed already in his apron, which was mind blowing! Made my trip fun, quick, and easy.... Hire more Steves!!!

Darlene made it her mission to find the work bench I wanted. Even though the on-line inventory of 2 did not match the reality of 0 actually in the store, Darlene was there to search & establish that there were actually none to be found other than another store. Therefore, we otdered & it was delivered the next day.

The team at my local Home Depot are very courteous and helpful. Every time I walk into the store, I am greeted and it is not difficult to find help. I appreciate these folks and their help when I need to load heavy items into my truck.

I’ve been going to Home Depot for many years. I used to live in South Florida and I just moved here recently I have always gone to Home Depot. I’ve tried other stores but not happy with the staff or the merchandise I was looking for. Always go back to Home Depot. The best, please don’t change.

Glad I went to this store #20270 Gainesville to check out and actually purchase a chest freezer, garage ready.

I visited the Flooring Department and it is great. Very helpful employees and very knowledgable!

Purchased 21" 13w fluorescent bulb for under-cabinet kitchen workspace. Had hard time finding them elsewhere in town--should've checked Home Depot first--had plenty in stock and different brands as well.

I love shopping at Home Depot only they have everything hi do not even have to go to the other stores to price check because I know Home Depot prices are lower than any other stores

Two hanging lanterns were damaged in their boxes. Different model was purchase and it is OK. Store employee was very helpful.

This by far is the best Home Depot I have ever been in, I've been in a lot of them from Orange City to Gainesville, FL. This is the Best of them all. The employee's are willing to help you unlike other Home Depot and they do it with a smile on their face. this place is the best store to shop at.
