We went into the Fresno Home Depot to look for a couple of patio umbrellas and we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for until Izzy assisted us. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. We were shell, Home Depot employees, were like Izzy.

By far some bad service on behalf of this Home Depot. Spent my money and waited for over 90 minutes to get nothing. Got tired of waiting so went and got my money back.

I’ve only had to return one I bought the wrong item my fault returned it no hassle had a couple bad items not your fault somebody keeps taking items out of example faucet boxes I don’t think it’s right can’t watch everything

We had a problem in the garden department! Approximately around 6:30 pm 03/16/24. There was a girl on a forklift, she told us move out of the way. Is this how you talk to customers. It would be really nice if I can get a call and further discuss.

I was over charged by the cashier for 3 bags of toilet paper when I only had two. Mistakes happen but even though I informed Pilar of the mistake immediately after she handed me the receipt she made me wait as she rang up the next customer with easily over 20 items before discovering she was unable to complete the void and then I had to wait in an even longer line at the return center were she conveniently forgot to call an inform them of the mistake after she said she would.

Emily in flooring is absolutely the most knowledgeable employee in the whole store. You can tell she loves what she does, she turned a very frustrating experience into one of the best experience in matter of minutes. I will definitely be getting all my home improvement needs from this location from now on

The two employees working paint were dismissed, rude and didn’t communicate clearly. worst experience ever

Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, considerate!!! She is the best example of customer service in any retail location I have visited.

I needed a duplicate receipt for something I purchased she got that duplicate receipt for me within a few seconds the other employee said she was the expert while I thought with my own eyes she relieved my stress and made me have a better day very friendly too and very efficient

I bought a few things this weekend and at check out sales cashier Raymundo was very rude and scooled me, talked over me and I had no idea what he was even raising about.

I don't work in construction. Normally going to a hardware store is extremely stressful, and leaves me feeling very stupid. But at this Home Depot, I was helped by knowledgeable staff (Thank you, Kim!) who were friendly and encouraging. It is greatly appreciated, and I'll definitely be returning for all my home improvement needs!

If you go to this Home Depot on Marks definitely look for cashier Shushmita to help you out. She’s fast, friendly and very helpful and always has a positive attitude which is hard to maintain these days. Great worker.

If you shopping at this store asked for Manager Stephaine or Selah, they are A-1 when it come to taking care of the customer and ensuring that they get what they are looking for and then some

Customer service is awesome

Couldn't see where the check out was, there was an employee standing in the front of the store yelling at customers to go to areas to check out yourself. Didn't see an actual employee at a register to help you, you had to do it all yourself.

Will is the bomb, he was so helpful and when he seen me again he asked if I needed more help. Thanks Will with the long legs....lol I couldn't keep up!

I am so tired of the horrible checkout system at this store. It's slow & inefficient & takes an extra employee to announce open registers when they could be helping customers. They are often not paying attention & don't announce the open register or they allow people to cut into line.

I buy from this Home Depot all the time. Will has always helped me with whatever I need.

The treatment my mother and I received by the only member on duty in the appliance department on 4.2.23 at approximately 11 am was outrageous, demeaning, and unacceptable. I just purchased my refrigerator at a different company due to this experience. I work very hard for the money I earn and refuse to patronize companies that (seem to) condone such egregious behavior from their representatives. Time to do better. Leadership matters.

I've been shopping at this location for years, the staff and i have in my opinion grown a good relationship. I feel that the staff treats me as a valued customer and i like that. I at times look forward to go shopping there.

We went to the store to get a dryer, we told the employee which one we wanted, she checked to make sure it was on stock, then she had someone help get it for us and we were in and out super quickly! Very satisfied! Thank you sales person MAB3068! I’m sorry we did not get your name but you’re awesome! Keep up the great work! :)
