ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. LOVE TO SHOPP AT THID LOCAL STORE.

I visit the store quite frequently and am never disappointed. The staff is always willing to assist.

Went to home Depot in Freehold, Kevin from the doors Dept was very helpful, very kind and honest. He went above and beyond to help us save money with the best quality. Really appreciate him and appreciate Homesl Depot

Don't go to Freehold Home Depot for paint. Employees are rude and arrogant

Everything is always where they should be. all employee are friendly and nice.

First of all, the associates are so helpful and friendly. Yesterday we met Jo Ann and Larry. We had a power outage in our development and so to keep warm and shop for flashlights, we went to our Freehold Home Depot. We love shopping here for so many items. We bought additional items too on the advice of Jo Ann and Larry. And when we need advice, and when we ask LOTS of questions, these associates are always in the mood to help us. Thanks.

I've shopping at this location for many years and I usually find what I'm looking for, returning items has never been a problem. Staff is friendly.

Customer service needs to be investigated after an altercation with your head cashier fayven. He is extremely rude, his entire body language, mocking, condescending, and mean spirited demeanor clearly indicates he does not want to deal with you. I was in a very uncomfortable situation so bad that we will be avoiding our local location and pretty much home depot as a whole. We have invested in stocks since 1990 and are reconsidering our shares in this company. We are very disappointed that upper management, regional managers do not take reviews seriously and allow employees to treat customers in such a poor manor. A simple google review has multiple complaints regarding this location. On a separate occasion your customer service could not scan any returns and even though there was 5 people waiting on mine for 15 minutes not once did someone inform us the system was down. They let everyone stand in line until the first person who was trying to figure out what is going on, turned around to inform the line what the deal is. This was 1pm on a weekday. The employees there have no care in the world other then to get there paycheck and leave. You see employees on there phones, store managers are rude and head cashiers and overall besides a few of the older women who are cashiers most of the employees are just rude and lazy. No one is trained in there department and once again it shows the lack of backing from upper management to find and monitor good hard working employees! Home Depot also does not do curbside after 6pm? There competition offers curbside until store closing. Home Depot will price match competitors but not there own online website? Please look into customer reviews and care what consumers have to say because the online market is taking over and consumers like myself will gladly shop online to avoid rude employees such as the ones in your freehold location!

Seems this store's personnel have been well trained in customer service. Great experience, products found easily, quantity discount was excellent on the filters I purchased. Great attitude from all store personnel I encountered

I was in a rush to get to work and just had enough time to pick up 2 items, but I wasn't sure where they were located. One of the employees took the time to walk me to the correct aisle and help me with the selection. I got the right items quickly and was on my way.

Store is well run, employees are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Store itself is clean, organized and there are signs everywhere that direct you to the product that you are looking for. It was a very good experience.

I have not gone to this location due to poor service, however, on July 18 I had the most amazing experience when I was assisted by two associates Gary and Sam. They not only made me feel so welcome but provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Thank you to BOTH !! and thank you for their Leader Sherri

I just went to Home Depot two days ago and found the items I needed quickly due to the employees helping me find the aisles that I needed

Dyan and John E. were amazing helping me decide on a new zero turn mower. Great to see that outstanding customer service and product knowledge is alive and well!

Freehold store assured us the items we ordered for store pick-up would be there when we arrived at the store. Other Home Depot stores have canceled our order right before the time of pick-up when we specifically needed something for a job. Kudos to Shari, Amy, and the other personnel at the Freehold Home Depot!

Bring back some cashiers and forget about some self-checkouts because some customers do not have know how to use them.

We were expecting to spend much more than we did thanks to Kevin's knowledge we left buying 2 new doors instead of the 1 we were originally going to replace

Lisa, Shari, Logan, Joe, and Matt S are the best employees I've ever work with at a Home Depot! Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly.

I shop here often. Craig the cashier is always do helpful and gives service with a smile. I am elderly and he makes me feel comfortable.
