Everyone I encountered were kind and willing to go the extra mile for customer service. Something you don’t see very often.

All items were delivered and so much available at such a convenient location...MY mini fridge was offered to me 0% interest when I opened a credit card with them...Such a help! Plus I got a rebate of $95 on first purchase! Thank you! What a blessing!

We have a been an avid purchaser from depot over the years… this season we have looked to other vendors for product… we spent close to $200k last season with depot… not this year,,, is somebody paying attention at losing 100k from one store??? Looks management is not to concerned with losing money their stores!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I was attempting to get the assembled grill that I purchased into my not very accommodating vehicle. Max saw me from across the parking lot where he was retrieving carts and came over and assisted me in getting the grill in my vehicle. It occurred about a month ago, but I am glad to have the chance to thank him officially for his awesome assistance.

Went in looking for shelf pins but they did not have our size that we needed in fact Johnny B thought we should go back and get them from cabinet maker because they were such an unusual size. The he suggested wooden dowel pins. We grabbed a few sizes - Johnny said just return the ones that we didn’t use. Wooden Dowel pins worked perfect on the first try. We had been to the store three times trying to find the proper size.

We were looking for an item that we found online about a month ago and the store did not have it in stock at that time. We came in mid-October and went to the service/return desk. We had an amazing young lady who looked up the item to make sure it was i stock, and walked us over to where the item was located. She was truly genuine, thanked us for shopping at Home Depot, and wished a wonderful rest of our day! Great prices too! True customer service above expectations!

This particular Home Depot has one of the best houseplant selections of all the home improvement stores that we have been to.

Staff was very accommodating in both locating and helping load cart with heavy tile. Cashier was very helpful in making sure that all boxes were correct count and assisting in providing military discount. Customer service was abundant.

I Visited this store and was very pleased with the service I received. Store was clean and the associates were very helpful.

Purchased a Rheem Powervent heater and requested same day installation. (Frankfort store) A day earlier, I purchased a Bradford White heater at the Home D store in Homer Glen, IL Spent about 45 minutes there. No Rheem heaters (75 gallon) appeared on the inventory screen. Was informed by DRG (spelling?) that a package deal could be had which included picking up heater, install and removing the old one. But, if I wanted a Rheem heater, I would have to buy it myself and have it delivered to my home. Their manager had some negative things to say about Rheem heaters. My old one worked fine for over 24 years. They could not make the install on a same day basis. The following Monday this was not possible either as Home Depot delivery contractor could not deliver until after 2:00 PM The installer company rep said on labor only, the pick up of old heater was not included. Price quoted $1075 plus 75 for a permit. Very frustrating, maddening.
