I purchased a grill from the HD in Altamonte Springs. HD offers free assembly and delivery on grills over 399. I specifically asked that it not be the floor model as it is heavily scratched and a couple bolts missing, however I received a grill that was delivered from the HD in Apopka. This items must be been on the floor or in a dirty warehouse for months. The entire grill was covered in caked up dust, four bolts were missing so that grill was not stable and the foldable edge would not stay up. It is extremely disappointing when you pay good money for a bad product, must less have to wait for it.

Joey, Josh and another young man were so willing and wishing to help until their manager Jackie, made it to where they were in trouble for trying. It was apparent they got in trouble (even my 6 yr old asked why they were getting in trouble for trying to help)! Apparently, it was bc the young man left his register (turned his light off) and there was NO LINE! WHAT did he do wrong? I feel bad for getting him in trouble. I shouldn't but I do. Him and his coworker tried to assist this single mother load up but... Jackie manager, made sure to try to embarrass them in front of ALL your customers. Awful

This is my favorite store. It makes my life so much better.

George and Lisa are two of the best, if not the best, customer service professionals I have ever met. I was there before they closed, and they helped me until after the store officially closed. They could not have been nice and more helpful and I'm still stunned by how much they wanted to help me. They were all smiles and I could not be more impressed.

I have visited three Home Depot’s this week and this one was my favorite. There were plenty of employees available to answer questions and help me find what l needed.

I had to go several times to this store for different items over the same week, each time I found helpful and friendly staff.

I have had to visit the plumbing section of home depot probably 100 times this year because I am forced to remodel a bathroom and have little to no knowledge and some of your team members were eager to help and were very experienced in their knowledge and I found to be a HUGE help. Home Depot is great and this store is greatest! All staff try to help customers. They are neat, respectful, and professional. Since I bought my home, almost every other day I go there and I know most of the employees. I've never had any issues in this store. They follow their policy perfectly.

They are always helpful, attentive and go out of their way.

We bought this water heater less than a yr ago & after having it serviced by my professional plumber it was found defective. Spoke with asst mgr Pat he resolved our issue & a new water heater order has been placed & we should receive new one in abt 2 weeks

I went to the store to choose a set of a Washer and a Dryer and more than shopping I found two amazing employees who turned my afternoon in an amused and happiest one ! Ms Darlene Ewing and Mr Manny Andrade showed so much love, dedication and knowledge for what they do that I really kept impressed with their excellent performance and attitude towards their role and their unique way to represent the Home Depot Co. I was having a hard time to choose which brand of washer and dryer were the best and the features I was trying to find in them since they have a wide variety of those appliances ! These lovely employees stayed for an extended amount of time making sure that I and even my mom could buy what we needed even when picking the color. Ms Darlene used her computer to show me the different shades of colors, prices, discounts, special offers...She did so great that I waited till the next day when her shift started to buy my set and so I happily did ! I took the online Survey and suggested The Home Depot Staff to really recognize and reward these employees as we, the customers need that kind of outstanding service to make our shopping experience a pleasant memory. I feel very honored by saying that every time I visit the Home Depot store in Altamonte Springs I see abundant proficiency, skills, kindness and knowledge among all the departments. Thank you ! Once I find someone at the store to help me ; they are generally friendly and very helpful.

I bought a new washing machine several months ago. Sales people were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Was frustrated at 2 other Home Depot's trying get buy some Ryobi deals. Lori, Lisa and Starr saved the day!

I bought my washer in late September, and I love it.

We always end up here, even when we scout out the competitor across the street. Always a pleasant experience. Associates are always welcoming, friendly and helpful.

I was quite pleased that in three separate departments I encountered a helpful, intelligent employee that was eager to assist me.

Huge shout out to Deanna at the Customer Service Desk! She handled a complicated return and purchase situation that involved working with management, .com and credit card services and was excellent! She was patient and kind and made the whole experience as pleasant as possible!!

People at this store are very friendly and helpful. They greet customers and are very patient. I appreciate going to this store.

Markel helped me with getting the necessary plasti-dip I needed and color matching a piece of the wall to match my living room wall to complete my necessary touch ups. He was so helpful and a pleasure to be around. That young man needs a raise!!!
