Every employee looked up and acknowledged me with a greeting and offer to help. I needed 19 boxes of stone tile and they were fully stocked, which I was expecting to go to multiple locations without a pre-order. Barbara was extremely helpful in setting up my new home depot card to add savings and got Sidney to help load up my car. They were engaging, professional and friendly and made me feel that they wanted to help instead of had to help. Bravo to Folsom Home Depot!! And thank you!

I drove for 30 minutes to get to this location to buy cabinets that the website said were in stock. I asked someone for help & they said there were none, when in fact there was on top of a mess of boxes that could only be reached using the staircase. The worker left to get someone to help me. After 20 minutes I went to an associate nearby (there were more workers than people) & asked for help. She laughed in my face & said the kid went to get someone already. After another 15, I used the step ladder and got the cabinet myself. Any worker that passed by made no move to help me.

The happy employees help me find everything. I have been using the Milwaukee tools and the 12 volt, high capacity batteries for many years now and this store always has the latest and greatest ones for me to buy. Why shop online?, when I can go in the store, see my friends, and pick it up right from the shelf.

Tyler who works at the Pro desk in Folsom always not only helps me find what I need, but he goes the extra mile to Load my truck since I can’t lift heavy things!

This month bought some smoke and co alarms and they worked great. They functioned very well and they were very easy to install. The price was a great bargain and I would degeneracy recommend this product for anyone who would need an alarm like this. The cleaners of the store, quantity of products, and customer service was excellent. If I would need to get some more products for the home I would definitely recommend this store. For many reasons. The customer service was spectacular. Even though I went to the self checkout the staff greeted us when I went into the store and always had a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for some home improvements

The staff at this home depot are always helpful and nice. After getting taco bell it's always nice to go to a store where people dont hate their lives and dread their jobs.

Purchased some training Rosemary. Been looking for a while. When I called they said they didn't have any. The Lawn and Garden people do not even know their inventory.. I was there to get something else, and ended up finding the plants I had called about earlier purchasing (10) plants. You can't put plants or trees on hold, you can't order plants unless it's over $1,200. Service is all about rules and attitude is lackluster... except for Deborah. She was really helpful

Saturday Night DIYers, the hustle and bustle, the blower behind bars, Albina was there. Albina discounted the price just because I moved the huge steps on wheels under the 8-foot-high padlock so she could go up and unlock the bars. People were everywhere... I gladly helped so she could open bars to retrieve the new RYOBI blower that I couldn't wait to bring home. I was in, out, and a happy volunteer for a swamped cleark.
