Geisel that works in appliances is outstanding. She made both my fiancé and I feel so welcomed and really went above and beyond to take care of us, we learned so many things about benefits about shopping at Home Depot, to the extend that now it’s def our go to store in Homestead.

Spent more than an hour, finding an associate that could help me. They never came too busy going around in circles all the associates. I finally found what I was looking for when I get to the register she was very mean caring a conversation with other associate and not taking care of me overall, horrible experience we’re not go there again.

GINA WAS VERY HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE AND FUNNY. WE ARE EXCITED TO GET OUR NEW WASHER AND DRYER.

I will not be shopping at Home Depot again, until they get cashiers. I don't want self check out. I expect to have someone there to do customer service - such as checking out.

Everytime that i go to the store i find what i need.

Terrible customer service

First we had no problems. Then we had a problem. They only had one bag of specific chips and we needed two so we had to get another specific chips when we needed the other one. Other than that it was awesome! They had interesting stuff as well.

BRANDON in appliances made the sale for us. He is an amazing employee and he is dedicated to your business and to the customers in every way.

Employees like Harold makes the experience easy, fast and pleasant. He is always helpful and knowledgeable about the product and locating the product. The store is well stocked, but it is helpful to have someone like Harold helping you get the product, especially from high shelves and load them in your car, in my case utility van. Thank you Harold!

I went to purchase a refrigerator and appliance specialist Geisel Zamora was so helpful, patient and professional. The best experience I’ve had at any Home Depot thanks to her . She went the extra mile to help us with everything. Thank you Geisel Zamora , you are amazing!

I normally make on-line purchases from Home Depots' vast inventory. Sometimes in-store purchases are made and on some of those visit, finding a associate for a specific department is scarce. But overall, I am grateful to receive great customer service, products and super savings.

Having someone to help us with our mailbox crisis was awesome. Rey Aguilar went above and beyond to help get everything we needed to install our mailbox.

Mark, an overnight Manager saw that I was anxious and nervous and came to my help. He immediately calmed me down and took care of the situation in a very diplomatic, supportive, professional and caring manner. He truly is "manager material"! Employees such as Mark are very rare nowadays, and I wish more businesses had employees like him. He deserves to be complimented! Thank you

Mr Charles Jackson have me extensive info about the GR Profile line and made my decision to put hen the entire kitchen package for 6k. He definitely exemplifies Custer Service. Definitely coming back for all my kitchen needs.

Store is really organized and clean and staff is friendly as wel.

I was in the tile aisle for one hour and was asking for help each employee that passed by and they told me that they were going to get someone. They never did. Then I went to where they had the patio furniture and same thing. I went to ask for the manager and he was standing around a few other employees just there telling stories with a busy store full of customers that needed help.

Kimberly the cashier at the outside garden registered is rude and unprofessional. Kimberly will tell a customer they have issues her words not mine. Kimberly clearly doesn’t understand customer service nor know the importance of how deeming to make statements like that. Kimberly is rude, unprofessional , and is a reflection of this store. I will not be purchasing and will return the items just to prevent any of my money going to this store.
