I go every week to this store. Excellent service

I went to 3 Home Depot’s today. 2 of them were absolutely terrible at paint, they couldn’t even make the same color 3 times… James at the Flagler location was able to fix that. For a young guy he sure made the others look inexperienced. I’d recognize that talent quickly if I were you Home Depot.

I am an HR professional and my experience with this individual was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, he was very helpful going beyond, he was very professional through this process. He was quick on my questions and was able to find the item that I was looking for.

I recently bought some LG appliances at THD at a better price than any other home store. The delivering company created some issues that THD staff and in particular Ms. Delshondra was able to resolve diligently, going above and beyond. Excellent customer service.

I only shop there because it is the closest store to my residence. I constantly have a hard time finding an associate that is helpful. The cashiers in the Pro Extra area are annoyed when asked questions. Will probably not shop here again. It's like they don't want your business.

This store is usually my least favorite in Miami, it's a mess most of the time but I found it has really improved. Everything was tidy, there was adequate amounts of each product. I was in and out in less that 20 mins.

I like the store distribution rather than the Bird Road store

I received a very good service from Carmen in Flagler store

Building two-story garage in Coral Gables. Had to purchase items the electrician needed. Ample parking space and store employees were very helpful in locating items.

I had to return very heavy materials. Twice was rescheduled for site pick up, the truck to pick up never should up both times. The Supervisor Steve even though it was not his job helped me and came picked those very heavy materials himself. Supervisor Steve your are an angel. Thank you very much and we greatly appreciated you for being so caring.

I live near this Home Depot, I always find what I need and staff are very helpful and do there best to show how to better get my DIY done right.

RACHEL, the customer service representative who assisted us, made the difference in our visit to The Home West Flagler Miami. Unlike other representatives, who tend to put up obstacles when they have to help customers, RACHEL was very professional and very helpful. She showed us a vast knowledge and command of her functions; and with her beautiful smile she was able to solve our problem and gave us the solution we needed. The Home Depot must be very proud to have her on its staff.

Employees send you to someone else for help who cant even help cashiers unable to ever find prices for anything

Cashiers were rude not only to me but other customers. Please train staff.

Mr. Scott Hart showed all the time his strong work ethics and highly qualified knowledge about the products of his department. Mr. Scott made sure I had everything I needed to have the door installed. I am very satisfied with Mr. Scott’s professionalism and care of the customers like me.

I was offered help as soon as I arrived at the check out area. The Home Depot employees were there willing and able. They were friendly and even greet you at the front of the store. They offered there help and were quick and accurate scanning my items. I felt satisfied by their knowledgeable approach to service me in a easy and fast way.
