I was shopping for brass fittings for a portable air tank. The first Store Associate helped me find a good combination of parts that worked for me. The second Store Associate helped me understand the pricing scheme of the display.

If you’re going to this store for gardening supplies, they have great service if cashier Jayla is working in the gardening section. She’s very professional and very sweet. She knows how to give great customer service.

I've been remodeling my home for the last 18 months which included many trips to the Home Depot. I've gotten to know a handful of store employees. They are all very helpful and there to help. Tee & Kuran in paint, Cari at customer service, Jayla my favorite cashier , Gary in lumber, and of course Mr. Lou. Thank you all!

This is the second time that I have gone to Home Depot and been wow. The first time I was using my Affirm and I had no idea how to do it and one person told us we couldn’t do it. There were the service desk people were awesome and helped us through it. High five does they were amazing. This time we were standing in line my husband had left, thinking the line was going to take forever and then I was waiting on him and the lady just started talking with me about my day And really cared about me and noticed there was damage on the door I was buying. She was awesome. They offered us money off or I could take it back down the island and get a different one. But I was not allowed to leave there without an excellent product, and being truly satisfied . Thank you so much.

An item I went to purchase had a "Lower Price" sign, but when I got to the register, it was actually the price/cubic ft, which was not specified. The cashier contacted the department head and the manager, and the manager honored the price displayed and apologized for the confusion on pricing.

Ed was really nice to me. He was really cool, he was funny, and he made my day good guy.

Quit singling people out like they are stealing when they aren't.

We bought a craftsman wood base and casing, cashier declined to understand that it’s for lineal foot and not by the inch. She insist to wanting to charge it by the inch, Even with 2 managers approval and the employee who was working on wood area’s explanation. She ended up walking away and declined to ring us up. The manger end up doing her (cashier) job and she sat on the chair to chitchat with another employee. She was rude, disrespectful and not wanting to learn the job. Cashier’s name is Dawn.

My parents and I encountered a cashier, Isaiah at this store. He was really helpful and really provided stellar customer service with his really kind and genuinely helpful personality.

After shopping the other home improvement center in town, Home Depot was a refreshing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Not only was I greeted and asked if I needed assistance I was greeted 4 times throughout my shopping experience and and asked in each isle I visted if I needed assistance. This was so unlike my experience at the other improvement center where after 5 attempts I could not get any help in the plumbing isle and then again in the electrical isle. Thank you Home Depot

Since August 2022 I've been painting the every square inch of the inside of my 13 year old home. Karan in the paint dept. has been exceptional and is very knowledgeable of products in the paint dept. Always friendly and helpful.

Bought my first electric mower from Home Depot and Joe from Garden Section was exceptional in providing a quick check out including signing me up for a Home Depot Credit Card. Joe went the extra mile in assisting me with loading it into my Jeep, as well as assisting an older couple already in the parking lot trying to load up items in their vehicle.

We had to get a price match and had no issues. We didn’t have to hunt anyone down to get help, and everyone we encountered was very helpful and polite

Specialty wood is of decent quality but there wasn’t much variety. Common boards were pretty chewed up the last time I was in there. They have everything an average home owner needs. If you need paneling cut in the back, ensure you double check where the employee is marking and cutting your panels. They are very helpful and accommodating.

We purchased flooring a week ago totally satisfied.

Waited for over 30 mins for someone to help in the wood department had to ask multiple people to have someone paged finally someone was called back while other employees could of helped instead of just standing there talking to each other gossiping about drugs or while another employee was just talking on the phone about their personal life. Go to Lowe’s you will get better service.

I had a great experience buying a new vanity for my bathroom. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I could load the vanity into my SUV. You couldn't ask for better customer service!
