Prices are on sale and very informative on how much the cost will be for installation.

I wish to applaud the employees at the Home Depot in Fairview Heights. From start to finish as we were completing a home renovation, the entire store was very helpful in making this happen. So Tina, Charles, Theresa, Ashley, Dan, Manuel, Crue, Aden and Connie please take a bow and thanks for all you did.

The store is clean and very friendly,helpful staff. After estimate Igor flooring is when it went downhill.

We found what we needed & the employees were so helpful.

Went to the ONLY check out in the whole store & it was a self checkout that had 1 person helping people. I gave her my phone number for my military discount & asked it it was ok, she said YES, unfortunately I took her word for it. I got home checked my receipt, it wasn't there. Now, I have to make another trip there to get my discount. Where do they get these people? THEIR SELF CHECOUNT DOLEN'T WORK, EVEN WIKTH THE PEOPLE DOING IT.

It’d be nice if there were employees available to answer questions &/or more employees at customer service to assist with returns.

Nothing more to say. The crew in the afternoon are friendly and helpful. Seemed to be a lot of products marked waaayyy down.

Store had the exact commercial oscillating fan I wanted. I was able to find it quickly and easily with an employee's help. Another employee helped with checkout and carrying the heavy box.

The visit was amazing everyone at this location was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this location. Please make sure you see KIERSTEN and Walter, they are the best.

Rich in hardware did an outstanding job with helping me find fasteners for my lamp. The movers had disassembled it and misplaced the screws; I was at a loss for finding the correct replacements. Although somewhat difficult, Rich in hardware quickly resolved the issue and did so in a friendly, engaging manner. All other associates were very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend this store for your hardware needs!

1. No knowledgeable help in the store. 2. No lumber carts available; store employees had them all filled up with inventory to stock 3. Had to go get a cart in the parking lot to use 4. Customer Service Representative "Frasier" was rude 5. No longer honor Military Discount
