If you need a carpet, you MUST work with Asifur Muhammed Rahman, Flooring Specialist. He is friendly, knowledgeable and a complete professional. He takes good care of his customers. It was a pleasure working with him and he helped save me some money. He is not good, HE IS GREAT!!! Thank you Home Depot!

The cashier was very nice. It was unfortunate that the customer in front of me was being very rude and nasty to her for no good reason. I felt bad for her. She handled it very well and was very professional about it. The employees in the store were pretty nice too. Better than some locations.

I find workers in this store are most polite and helpful.... Also, good amount of merchandise.... Checking out is easy...

The Homedepot store in Fairfield, CT has always provided me good customer service at mostly every visit. I would travel to Fairfield than the store in my town of Bridgeport.

I go in couple times a week and its always great.

I have an issue with the promo for thermostats from energize CT at the Trumbull store, they couldn't help & put me on the phone for over an hour & I missed my sons Eagle board of review. Next I went to the Fairfield store where Greg & Irene went over and above to help me with my project while I'm still waiting from a response from online customer service's and probably will never hear back from them. Thanks For the timely & excellent customer service Greg & Irene.

Always a good experience shopping at Home Depot in Fairfield -- it's my "go to" location.

Love the Fairfield Home Depot. I am closer to several others, but I always drive to the Fairfield store because the parking is usually fairly easy, the staff is always usually available and very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasant experience when I go to the Fairfield Home Depot.

I went into the Fairfield Home Depot to shop for Kitchen appliances, and was greeted by Jessy. She was extremely helpful and patient while I try to figure out what brand, and size of appliances would work for me. She was attentive, and listened to my needs. In doing so was able to help me understand the difference in size and height of the fridge, and the type of stove that would be right for me. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the store. Based on my experience with her I will definitely shop there again. Thanks Jessy for all your help!

I bought roofing materials fast and easy

Tia and Trevin are amazing. I had their full attention and service as soon as I mentioned what I wanted to buy. Tia even artfully sidestepped the boomer associate who tried to talk over her and give me misinformation after I already knew I was buying 2 pallets of an item and the other associate tried to tell me it wasn't in stock. Tia is truly a gem. I'm serious. You need to give her a title to back up her skills so other older male associates won't look down on her. Trevin is A+ as well.

This store I visit since open, and is by far the best service. All greeting wether busy or not and employees are 99% knowleable. Glad to have them near. I even come here just because.

The Pro Desk at the Fairfield Home Depot is a cut above all the rest in the area - this not only includes Home Depot stores but all other building material suppliers in lower Fairfield county. There is clear difference between this location and the others just north and south of it. We are directing more purchases to this store as a result of their professionalism and attention to our business needs.

I had three separate encounters with a need for help. Rebecca helped find a solution to a problem I was having looking for a tool that didn’t exist. Chelsea saw me struggling at the self check and came right over to help. Then Eva stepped in and saved the day by solving the technical issue with the check out kiosk. All were friendly, patient, attentive and professional. A quick trip to Home Depot became a reminder of how it takes a village!
