The 3 ladies in customer services didn't try enough to help me with a warranty. Just give me a number and sent me on my way. I have to spend 250 dollars buying another product knowing my product still have a warranty.

Worst ever. Stores a mess and lots of employees looking the other way or answering “I don’t know”

While there are many obstacles to keeping a well-stocked store, at the edge of the world, this company does better than most. Certainly, we do have other choices, even here. The staff at "my store", keeps me coming back, with great service & a great attitude.

This location has friendly staff. Damien was the most helpful, in electrical. The lumber boys were mostly useless, and the treated wood I needed wasn’t in stock anyway, so it didn’t matter. The cashier was friendly, and woman at the pro desk was a multitasking wizard. The physical location is great. My issue is with the website, and BOPUS process. Duck all of that. Never again.

I consistently leave with an elevated level of frustration.

Customer Service at this store is Apalling, Management is a joke and will say anything to get you to leave and never follow through. The store is a mess and only about 50% of the time can you even find an employee to help.

Employees are always very polite and helpful

I went to Home Depot knowing what the finished product needed to be but not knowing how to make it happen. Two employees, Dino and Travis, filled in all the blanks and sent me home with everything I needed, including easy-to-follow directions. I'm grateful!

I bought a power tool kit that was supposed to be eligible for about $100 off (per a significantly sized hanging with the display). When I went to check out, the associate (not cashier) let me know the promo ended and that the sign just couldn't be removed (which was odd because it slid right out of the metal bracket holding it). She called the manager, that pretty much doubled down and eventually offered me $30 off instead of the $70 or $100 on the sign. I felt bait-and-switched!

Bought a new water pump for my house. It works great.

I was in A few times trying to get answers through the protest and thankfully Aleena answered my questions and helped me with a order

I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive each time while shopping at this Home Depot. The staff is always super friendly and helpful when ever I have questions. I also appreciate the huge selection of items they have and decently priced cleaning products are always appealing compared to what I pay at a regular grocery store.

If you need it, they got it. If it's not there they will get it. Friendly staff. Well stocked store. Hidden Gem. TEll Dino I sent ya.

Never any associates available to assist customers. Forced to use self-checkout because there are no cashiers. Extended warranty for items offered on Home Depot website was not offered in-store. Associate at the service counter was apathetic and borderline rude. Could not find several items I was looking for and was NOT going to walk to the opposite end of the store for help!

Much like the rest of the world, the quality of employees and level of customer service being provided is severely lacking. Three employees standing near checkout chatting when I walked in yet I couldn’t find anyone to make one lumber cut. Got to SELF checkout only to be approached by a cashier that was less than helpful. Go to Lowe’s.

I can see why more and more people are buying online. Staff in store are not very helpful. Avoid eye contact and wander off if you need help. Alot of lower shelves not sticker with items that are high up on shelves. Forcing you to find someone that can or will help. Rather than restock the lower shelves they get you the one down you want and move on.

The employs were exceptionally helpful in me finding the product I needed.

Ordered a cub cadet riding lawnmower online and applied for a Home Depot cc to get the financing only to find out that the online store had a glitch and that there was none available after I received an email to pick it up. Now stuck with a cc and no mower.

Couldn’t find an employee to help me until Jennica approached me to help. She solved my issue in less than 5 minutes when a phone call to customer service didn’t help a bit.

Can rarely find anybody on the floor to help, and when you do find one they don’t have a clue. Military discount didn’t apply to “building materials”… seriously, what else would you shop there for???!!

On 3/22/22 I had a difficult return, luckily Dianne was there to assist me. She never gave up until it was complete. I have no issue supporting a store like the Home Depot in Fairbanks.

Bought a dishwasher with installation - only to find that later the manager wanted to void the contract because the employee had been wrong regarding the price of installation and would not under any circumstances honor the original purchase

This store is a mess. The employees are lazy and useless. They’ll watch you while you try to weave through the crap in the aisles, and they stand in little groups talking to each other. I hate this store.

I finally found John a guy around my age 66 and he was the only one who was very helpful and understood my orojwct

Just got past the worst ice storm I have experienced in 48 years of living in Fairbanks Alaska which is always challenging. Great Home Depot is here with local employees to find anything available, which is the most complete selection of products in our sub-arctic town!!

Honestly, they're just as under staffed as anyone else these days, and the lines are usually short, if there are any. However, finding someone to help you can be difficult, especially when they are busy and SKUs and sales often have to be researched, but theft prevention is awesome to watch save the day. It's simply a shame there is so much they have to combat.

You do not have to wear a tool belt to get help at this store

The store is exellent. Parking area is terrible. Need to have proper lanes and someone to look over pedestrians. Other drivers doesn't care driving out of proper speed limit while in the parking area

The store wasn't dirty but so many things in the aisles, it's very hard to get anyone to help you.
