Went into store just to look at different tiles available for our bathroom! Was helped by a very friendly lady whom also helped us d at ign up for a credit card! Then was helped by Isaac to get all the tile and vanities we picked out set up for will call and pick up items at later date! They both were so helpful!

Propane tank exchange - price outside said $20.98 but I was charged $22.98. I mentioned this to the cashier and she said "It used to be $19.98 so it must have gone up again.". I expected her to override the price instead of just passing it off as no big deal.

I was very impressed with the help I received at the Evansvilles Eaat side location I received 100% customer service on orders and direct purchase. I ask for help and I got it on a Saturday in fact they were very busy and I never had that kind of service there in years past. But I was very happy to do this review for all those whom help me,from Wendy&Mel to Lucas and runners and cutters. Everyone was spot on . Thanks!

We like Milwaukee products, and are glad to find them at Home Depot.

Employees in the paint section are the only friendly ones who ask about your projects and if you need help. Employees in the pro zone and lumber yard are extremely rude here. I have waited over 45 minutes for a single cut on wood here at a time when they were not busy. Managers walk past you when you clearly need help.

Nelson was able to correct the information I was given that was incorrect and made me feel as if I was the only customer at that moment. He went above and beyond the misinformation and corrected all the previous errors. He was a blessing to this very frustrated customer. Blessings on and for Nelson.

I love shopping at the store and I will continue

Horrible customer service. They charged us for the wrong lawnmower on our Home Depot credit card then told us we would have to wait 48 hours to get a refund before we could buy another one! Also refused to let us use our military discount or a 100.00 in store coupon! We went another Home Depot and the in store coupon and military discount were honored! Adam at costumer service was a total jerk. He ignored us when we were standing right in front of him and was of no help at all. We were there over an hour just trying to purchase a 5000.00 dollar lawnmower !

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot store, everyone is always helpful, and friendly. When I purchase something to heavy for me, a friendly Home Depot employee is always available to help me. On my last visit, I purchased several large bags of planting soil, being elderly, with a bad spine, their help is very much appreciated.

It is always hard to navigate through some home improvement stores for something specific. The employees at this store were readily available and not to far away if a question needed to be asked.

Went to purchase a tool. Employee was knowledgeable and had great insight on the tools pros and cons.

Purchased light bulbs a couple years ago and they still going bright LED flood lights. Everyone friendly and helpful.

I was at this two times in one day. I was not greeted upon entering this location nor could anybody be bothered to help me. I had asked multiple associates for help and none could help me. Two associates were too busy on their cellphones. Definitely will not be back.

I did not know that I was double charged for an item until I was home and checked my email receipt. Now I have to spend my free time and gas money to correct this issue. All because the cashier was in a hurry.

Don't shop here if u wanna use your military discount. if you dont' own a phone!

I really like the new Behr spray paints. They live up to the reputation of the great line of interior and exterior buckets of paint. and this store is my go to for plumbing parts. Always taking care of of my needs

Always friendly. Always good prices. Always have good stock. I am committed to Home Depot. Used to be a Lowe’s guy but they are not as friendly, prices always slightly higher, and never have an associate close by to ask a question.

The customer service was excellent and couldn't have been any better! Reece was awesome and answered all our questions and couldn't have been any nicer and patient. We have not received our appliances yet but could write a review regarding them when we do.
