I have bought so many items from this store. They have things I never thought they would. I am Happy to be able to get so much stuff at one store. Thank you.

It was an "AWE" experience for me to shop at this particular Home Depot in Euclid, as the customer service was above and beyond ANY shopping experience for me in the last thirty years. Employees were extremely motivated to assist me in ALL of my needs. I was actually pleasantly shocked. Whoever trains the employees definitely deserves a raise/bonus! KUDOS to every employee!

Bought a Screen door a month ago and today bought a microwave

I stopped at this location only because the parking lot looked empty so I figured I would run in and out real fast. Well that was not the case went in to get some mini blinds. Go back there. The shelves are pretty much empty. They had one of the size that I was looking for just one, but there were boxes on the floor that needed to be put up on shelves so apparently the inventory was there. The workers didn’t put them up because they were standing around talking to one another. I go to the register and the cashier was talking to the customer that she was helping I was in line the whole time about 10 minutes while was she still talking to the customer about her grandchildren, laughing and joking, as if I’m not standing there or like no one is standing behind me so I stand there a little longer, and she kept talking. She was talking to another coworker as well. He looked at me as if I wasn’t standing there to. I eventually got in the other line behind 6 people but it was only 2 people when I first walked up to the registers. By the time I finished paying for my item the cashier that was talking looked at the other cashier and said it’s 7 o’clock. I’m about to go and she left. This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to the workers are rude. They don’t want to help you. The store is always junkie and a mess always half empty and to me the prices here seem to be higher than the other Home Depots

I typically live shopping at this store. The employees are typically friendly and super helpful however my last trip in was a nightmare and makes me rethink going to this location.

The customer service from Jason, other customer service staff and managers on duty was exceptional. I purchased a display Tuffshed. They worked with me to provide a great buying experience. They called the vendor to ensure accuracy and good customer service. This was my third major purchase with this store and each one has been outstanding. Thank you Jason. Id like to thank the other staff members that assisted to get the job done. My purchase was a collective effort and all hands were on deck to help with a smile and friendliness. They exemplify a commitment to give good customer service. As my purchase was in action, I watched as other customers approached and they never appeared frustrated or overwhelmed. They greeted each one with a smile saying "how can I help you." I love this Home Depot and it's customer team. The store is an asset to the community.

Do not fulfill online orders at this store, they will not be completed in a timely manner and your dates will be changed to get your order. I had to go up there several times and go pick out some of my own items to get home project started.

My son was pleased with this trimmer, he said it was lighter. He felt it was easier to handle then our first one.

I am very please with my door purchases! The salesperson and cashiers were very friendly and helpful. The salesman made me feel as if I was speaking with my dad as he gave suggestive advice regarding security and the doors that I purchased.

I've made many significant purchases there and have been satisfied with them all whether big or small. The associates are always helpful. Sometimes I think they are a little short-handed because it may be difficult to find one that has not busy sometimes. But when I do whether they're busy or not they are very courteous knowledgeable and helpful..

I I started doing a pavement walkway and decided to try these edger at Home Depot that I was told about, the composite edging were so easy to use and came with these long black support holder rod that were easy to push down into the ground to hold the composite edging in place

I was very happy shock surprised how Angie, Carrie and Preston went Above and Beyond theirs Duties to get me the BEST PRICE AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY ALL 3 OF THESE Employees . I live in another zip code 44128 more then 25-30 Minutes away I WILL TRAVEL SERVICE EXCELLENT SUPREME SUPERB OUTSTANDING COME TO THIS ONE

I've always loved coming to this location.

I was so excited to find the White flowers I needed to plant im my garden bed. I enjoyed the experience because there were so many Annuals, Perrenials, plants and vegetable seeds. everytime I go to Euclid Home Depot I find something to buy next time I come. Home Depot has everything and anything you might need, like mattresses and furniture. Home Depot is my go to store! I love being a shopper at Home Depot!!

The people here are always working hard to do their best for their customers. Even telling them it’s nice to see them again. The employees buy stuff there so they can tell the customers first hand about the products.
