Home Depot employee Gavin addressed my concerns about a badly tattered American flag hanging on the Home Depot building, thank you so much Gavin for making my month of August fantastic

Tatty definitely tried to make a situation that was an error through Home Depot and their website much better. She took her time to help solve a pricing issue and did her due diligence to resolve it as best as she could. Definitely appreciate workers who strive to help the costumers. Very happy with the experience that was resolved through her end. Will definitely come back because the way she handled the situation with grace and mindfulness!

I appreciate how everyone is friendly and helpful at this store. Every employee takes time to say hello, confirm my ideas and help answer my questions. I’m thankful the staff will assist lifting items of the shelf and helping me unload items into my car.

I went to look for dryer prices and after receiving such excellent customer service I made my purchase same day! The employee in appliances; Lisa M. was very patient and kind to answer my many questions. I left feeling confidant about my purchase and the price I paid. Thank you to people who go above and beyond. I am very appreciative. Have never received bad service at this location.

I went in to buy a light up unicorn and needed help finding it they showed me what isle and made sure it was what I was looking for

Sam offered to assemble an angel for us today. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Super professional and made Home Depot a great place to be at. We are def going back to this Home Depot!

Rude forklift driver. Poor knowledge of product. Painful return/credit process. Overall one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had and all of it based on Home Depot employees knowledge and 'assistance'. Never going to get that hour of my life back. Would rather delay the job than visit this home depot location ever again. Not the case for other locations.....Santee was amazing and fixed the problem this store created.

I had an out-of-this-world experience with Cosmic Tom during my recent visit to this Home Depot. He was as friendly as a comet streaking through the night sky and went to the moon and back to help me find exactly what I needed. His knowledge of safety gear was as vast as the universe, and he took the time to educate me on how to choose the right products, like a patient astrophysicist explaining the intricacies of the cosmos! Cosmic Tom's stellar customer service made my shopping experience feel like a journey through the galaxy, both enjoyable and enlightening. I highly recommend seeking him out for assistance the next time you're in this Home Depot in Escondido!

Denise is a terrible cashier. She does not understand the concept of customer service. Don't get in her line!

Love this store. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Every visit I seem to need something new, and am sure I look like I am as lost as I feel. There is always someone available to help guide the way. The store is cleaned and well stocked making every visit productive. Highly recommend this location.

Every time I go to the 1053 store they always have what I’m looking for. The shelves are stocked and ready for business alway kind and friendly associates will to help

Dont expect help from associates or to have items in stock. Go to the store on the west side

We almost got $20 stolen from us from Jessica the cashier at self checkout in E Valley Pkwy Home Depot. Such a shame they’re probably doing this to so many other loyal customers.

The past 3 or 4 times I've had to return something, I've been fortunate enough to be helped by Maya. She's fantastic! She's knowledgeable about the products, knows what she's doing, always has a positive attitude and a warm smile and she's got a great sense of humor too! She's the best!!

This home depot does not have grass seed. All they had was overpriced jugs of patch repair that were to small and not the right product for my grass seeding. How do you not have grass seed in the spring? It was a total waste of time going to this store.

I moved to Escondido four years ago and I've been a Home Depot customer for 40 years this is my favorite store. Has nothing to do with the appearance of the store but has a lot to do with your woman employees. They are fabulous hard working folks, take care of them because they do a wonderful job!

She doesnt look or treat everybody like thieves! She just do what a cashier supposed to do! And does a very outstanding job
