Good selection of plants; fantastic customer service.

I just bought a new dishwasher. For it to be delivered and installed I was charged an extra fee. The crew who showed up took my old dishwasher out but when it came time to install the new one they did not know what they were doing. These guys were not plumbers or electricians and had no idea how to rig the drain hose or connect the power cord. They just gave up and left. Now I have a useless appliance and since they tore out all the old connections I have crawl up under the sink and fix it all myself. Totally unprofessional. The installation crew are glorified delivery men and the store is charging extra like these guys are trained. In short installation is a total ripoff and created more headaches for me.

I went to Home Depot today too but some plumbing supplies Ricky use to be in plumbing dept. but has move to milling Dept. but he went out of his way today to help me purchase some items out of plumbing dept he has help me pass to fix other do it yourself problems he is a great help to those like me who are not a plumber well done sir you are a credit to all your customers and Home Depot as a whole thank you so much

Went to the store to buy wiring, conduit, break box, and some extra outlet boxes for a sub panel project. The employees were friendly but had little to no knowledge regarding electrical work and was unable to assist. Also employees said they didn’t carry #2 or 2-2-2-4 aluminum wiring or the 6/3 copper wiring.

The employees are super friendly and helpful! I didn't have to hunt down an associate to ask for help. They are not pushy but they are easily found. Store is clean and neat. This is my go to store for all of my home improvement needs

Have been shopping at this store for about 5 or 6 years is an excellent place to shop for home improvement items and all yard items. They have excellent quality items at great prices , with quick delivery to your home.

Employee stared right at me for a couple of minutes. Didn’t speak to me. Another employee showed up. They talked about non work topics. After a couple of minutes, the original employee finally asked me what I needed. Continued talking to the second employ about not work topics. Wouldn’t have been a problem except, she couldn’t seem to mix the paint I needed and talk at the same time so she would stop working when talking.

The associate who helped me was incredibly friendly and really knew how treat customers. She was also very knowledgeable regarding her area.

My last Whrilpool washer lasted 23 years,! Just got a new one delivered Monday loving it too.

Determined effort by employee Greg Went to help me solve a difficult problem, even remaining a bit beyond his quitting time in order to do so!

Hispanic man I’m customer service is so rude and doesn’t like helping customers. Other workers will stand around and talk to each other while completely ignoring customers in need of actual help. Etown location is awful. I won’t be back.

I just love this store. I went with my husband looking for the base boards in my half bath. Home Depot had a nice selection of base boards, at a reasonable price. They came out beautiful.

I have had nothing but good to say about Home depot. We have shopped online, gone to the store and made purchases in person. always some one that can help or give direction. I can find whatever i'm looking for or order it online.

Last two visits to your store I had to climb over pallets of stock to get to the shelves in garden. Also makes it hard . To find what you are looking for.

Bought a log splitter. Everyone was helpful from customer service where I inquired about it to the folks who brought it out to me and hooked up to the vehicle. Well done.
