Went in this morning, 2/5/24, for some air conditioning supplies. I had many questions and Adriana (manager of returns), Jorge (from plumbing), and Jess (unsure of exact position) helped me out and answered all my questions. When they were unsure of an answer they were kind enough to seek the correct answer. I am very impressed with the customer service they displayed and as a new home owner I will definitely be back to shop at this specific Home Depot because of them. Thank you Adriana, Jorge, and Jess!! Excellent work!!

When we entered HD Eastlake, even though it was early in the morning, Laura warmly welcomed us and ensured we found the products and prices we were looking for. Her extensive knowledge allowed her to address all our inquiries, and even when she didn't have an answer, she went the extra mile to connect us with someone who did, avoiding any misinformation. This experience reaffirms my preference for this Home Depot.
