Out of town needed to purchased a Weber Grill the gift was greatly appreciated and was in operation in an hour

I am so happy that I finally found them ! And who would have thought, I that I would have found them at Home Depot !!

I needed to repair a hole in my hallway and I had no idea on how to do it professionally. Thankfully Richard from the Paint Department walked by me as I was looking for some material that would've done a weak job. He asked if I needed any help and wow, he really went above and beyond for me. He gave me full clear instructions on how to do it, suggested the best materials as he walked me over to each one, measured out the dimensions on the dry wall and even cut it all out for me. He probably helped me for about 30 minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Guy deserves an award.

I went in to buy paint and had a question on the paint. I asked the paint associate a question and she told me to "just read the labels". What is she doing behind the paint counter if she can't answer questions about paint and why is she representing home depot if she has no manners. She should not be doing any kind of customer service job.

CAUTION: THIS HOME DEPOT CHEATS YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ANY OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!!

Their customer service always goes above and beyond, even when you cant remember how to screw a screw or paint a wall. You'll never feel like you cant do it here.

The check out line is confusing. The cashiers are zombies. And if you need assistance? Good luck.

I bought five items few days ago,somewhat disappointed when I didn't find what I wanted.

Employees are always stocking shelves and are blocking walkways with boxes/carts.

Steve in gardening was very helpful.

No employees available to help out ever honestly. Waited almost an hour in two different departments for assistance. Also called the phones, no one picks those up either.

Customer service was NO help.

I needed some painting advice and a container of primer tinted. Jon assisted me. He had always been helpful in the paint department. In my mind, I would consider him to be an extremely valuable employee at HD. He also has a good sense of humor. I have heard others call him "Handsome Jon." But I just call him Jon.

I’m happy with everything I bought at the store

Sometimes it's difficult to find help but when I do, I am always amazed at the knowledge of the staff. Plus, if they don't know the answer they get the answer or find a staff person to help. I needed a baffle for my dryer. Although what I needed was no stocked, the staff person told me how to fix what I had. Great advice at no cost

This Home Depot is very well staffed. Came in for a large purchase and received help from many employees. The cashier Karla was great in helping us very patient with scanning all 100+ pieces of lumber we purchased. 2 gentlemen help me park my truck close for easy loading. Great excellent service. Gary you trained very Good employees. Thank you !!! All!!!

This store usually has what I need in stock and on hand. Aisles clean and neat and employees always nice and helpful. Great store to go to when doing anything around the house.

Cashier denied price matching website said "we don't do it, I know it's wierd". Price match policy says they price match online price for same item

Probably one out of the reps to the store I encounter rude cashiers. This doesn't happen at any other Home Depot i shop at.

I hope the product I ordered matches the great service I received.
