I have bought some lumber and Trang cashier was service very well

Do not come here if you need help from the workers. They have an unprofessional attitude towards customers and they are unwilling to help. Most of the female employees were not friendly or helpful, and it seemed like I was the one annoying them for asking for their help.

I took back an item for bathroom handle for older family members and purchased too many. Return was no problem.

i bought a smaller size electric self push. Great mower. Too bad I had to wait for an hour to get the mower box cage unlocked,

If you go, choose vanessa in the payment section after your work is done, she is a very friendly and helpful person.

I have shopped at this 6672 home depot for many many years. I always find what I need and some and I am grateful when they load my cart and my car with items that are heavy.

Worst place to shop. Prices are higher than other Home Depot. Employees are rude and not at all helpful. say they don't have the product and then look around more and I eventually found product myself

I can never get anyone to help me with a problem. They just tell me an aisle number and send me off. Even if I go to customer service and request help, they call for help, and no one every shows up. Horrible store. Avoid at all cost.

Associate in the area of doors and windows very attentive and helpful!

Came in for a B-air fan, couldn’t find it. Once I finally did i decided to do self check out. An associate comes up to the guy behind me and says to the guy “ would you like for me to take that up to the register, since that item looks heavy” mind you I’m 8 months pregnant and first in line, it blew my mind how inconsiderate that was.

I can't say enough good things about my Home Depot experience in San Jose. I am doing a complete remodel of my childhood home and shop at the store at least three times per day. Every visit is a success! Bravo to the entire Home Depot Team!

I ordered in beginning of August, 2021 complete flooring (material + labor). I was told the installation will be scheduled once material arrives. I waited for materials to arrive (09/23/21 it arrived), I was told installer will call for scheduling. Installer calls and give me date of 12/15/2021 . Homedepot charged me full money in August and they told me in Oct, sorry we cannot do it before Dec, 2021. When I asked to cancel the order, they told me they will deduct 15% restocking fee .

Employees refused to price match when their website clearly states that home depot accepts ALL retailers to price match

I used to like this store a lot because of their great customer service. Recently I felt the service quality was keeping declining until I met Georgette Price. I went to the store to find something to fix a hole on a wall, but wasn’t sure which product to buy. I asked a girl named Georgette. She introduced the right item to me with great patience and enthusiasm although she was quite busy at that moment. And she led me to the right aisle and bay to get it - Drydex. If all the staff in this store have her attitude towards customers, I definitely like to shop here more often.

Employees are so rude dont know where tools are and not helpful would not recommend shopping at this store at all

Forgot to mention Trang in my review. Very good employee and always tries her best. Quick worker and very clean, I feel safe in her line. Other workers just laze around self checkout or seem to snub her at times. There’s another lady that is also very clean and quick here, has been working for a while but haven’t seen her for a couple months. Maybe covid? Store needs more social distancing but otherwise, this is my go to Home Depot.

The store parking lot was clean as well as the store. The gal greeting people at the door (I think her name was Alitcia or something with an A) was very polite and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for.

Large and busy Home Depot with a very good selection of lumber, tools, and other items. I recommend the store because the staff is good, the selection is good, and you can get in and out quickly.

I need to be completely honest I write the five star review not because the stores entirely perfect altogether; I write it because if and when they make an error, the Employees go above and beyond to not just correct the error but to make sure that we are extremely satisfied before we leave. This has been my personal experience and I hope it has been yours as well. As a customer I tend to be irritable When I feel I have been wronged or inconvenienced, so it is quite refreshing to not only have the wrong corrected but to feel as if I mattered enough for them to go above and beyond and this is a feeling that I’m sure any shopper likes to have so I really appreciate the Home Depot at the Story Road location. I was born and raised in San Jose. I've seen this lot belong to Mervyn's then shut down and turned into a vacant store. I am grateful to see Home Depot invest in Eastside San Jose. We need more investment here in this community. The last thing we needed was another grocery or liquor store. So grateful to Home Depot for investing in this community adding jobs, creating ease of access for our neighborhood. Please keep up the good work.

The team/cashiers who does the phone sales are doing a great job

I had pleasant experience with this store. The staff, Mahesh Parmar and Michael from Appliance Department are great and professional! There are more flower choices in the Garden Department.
