I brought in 3 samples of paint to match, NONE were made correctly and this has happened previously. When I asked the associate to use the paint name and numbers they insisted on matching it with the samples. Had to go to another store to get this remedied and wanted 2+ hours of my time. I will not have any paint matched at this store again.

Even though I accompanied a friend to this Home Depot so she could buy bathroom caulking, I wound up buying some reduced-priced products to help me with my Spring Cleaning. I also checked out under-counter strip lighting with the help of two employees, who were both helpful, courteous and friendly.

I found employees to be very helpful and friendly and professional today...thank you.

No Manned Checkstands. Long line for checking out and only 1 employee helping customers at the self-checkouts. It was a mess. The gals at the paint stand were just standing around and snacking/eating on the job and just seemed to be talking with each other. They were very curt when I asked if they could check me out. (I was not buying paint.) They said no, go to self-checkout.

I usually go to Home Depot’s that are closer to the job site but this is my dad’s favorite location and now I see why. Super clean, easy to navigate and clear overhead signage so I can navigate quickly to what I’m looking for

Simple improved Service

It might take a little effort to find someone but once you do, you can generally count on them being well informed and friendly. I've gotten great advice and assistance from employees.

5 start rating is for the staff who helped me at this store, not for the store that has a big issue with inventory. Made a purchase online, it never shipped after 2 months, saw that several of the item were in store. Went to store, they were no where to be found, staff couldn't even locate. But Trinity in Customer Service/Returns and Joe both turned the entire situation around for the better. Canceling/refunding the online order and helping me select and even better product at a discount. Was grateful for their help.

only lanes open are self service. when returning items, if the associate mis-spells your name, you need to wait for management to approve it when you use it. Took 14mins for one to solve my problem. Will not be shopping at HD again.

I came in to find a flashlight and Mike took the time to go over the pros and cons of some of them. Then Noah took the product up to a register and engaged in polite conversation with me. He also was very knowledgeable about the product and offered me a warranty on it. Both had impeccable customer service

I bought some appliances and I could not have done it successfully without the help of Jason McIlhenny. I feel like this is the first time that I was able to patiently wait while the employee was serving another customer. In fact, if felt like Jason was serving both his first customer and myself at the same time. The only difference is that we were all at ease and we were enjoying that type of service. I highly recommend everyone to see Jason when visiting home depot, looking for appliances.

I was able to return unused merchandise w/o any hassle and found the type of cart I needed for the lumber I was purchasing today. I was able to use the self check out w/o needing to ask for assistance.

Review take the loading zone and get the stuff out of there where the cameras have a view on the other side of the parking lot at night to stop people stealing when you have less workers and nobody's around

This is 100% my opinion. I was at this store and along with two others witnessed someone who had loaded up a shopping cart and walked right out the door with it. As far as I know I was the only one who said something about this to the employees there. I hate to say it but there was an employee not far from us who should have seen it. Why do I think he was stealing the merchandise? This guy was really moving through opening of the store. I may not be correct but someone should have at least stopped him an done a quick check. I look at it like this, For every cart load of items going out of the store that is not paid for, next month or year the items I purchase will be getting higher costs. Even if insurance pays out. Eventually the, how can I make this PG, The crap flows down hill. If everyone just open their eyes a lit it might help. I don't know about you but I think the items Home Depot sells are priced high enough. Can you imagine how much money a cart full of item's from there is worth? i can, and it needs to stop. maybe this is not the answer but obviously the stores do not have one either, at least not yet. This store has helpfull employees.

Knowledgeable staff that are willing to take you to the location of the item you're looking for, discuss its merits and how to successfully complete installation or repair of whatever you're working on. The staff have frequently offered different ways to plan or complete my project (than I had envisioned) that have saved me money, made the task easier, and more quickly completed. The prices are very competitive, usually stock a good supply of items with multiple brands available. The only complaint I have is contacting them by phone is difficult at best.

Every time I go to home depot I use the pro service and it's always quick and easy. Plus the pro benefits are awesome. Thanks guys for the pro week!!

If you have a complaint and need to speak to a manager, armed security will intimidate you while you do. Making sure you and their gun are as close as possible while you try to get your situation resolved. If you point it out management will then tell you that they hadn’t noticed and that you deserved it anyway.

I've been coming here for ever and it's only getting better I hate the tweakers

I entered he looked at me… said nothing. He scanned my purchases, handed me my receipt and ….said nothing. I know he can speak. I heard him talking down to the customer ahead of me. I have encountered him before. Just a giant slug. Horrible excuse for an employee. It really has gotten so bad that we have to have zombies representing what we use to call customer service or at least kindness. Wow!! This guy is in the wrong job.

Surgi made my evening with 1 hour left to closing he went out of his way to drop a pallet of peat moss in garden so I could wrap up my shop list. Not sure if Surgi was his name. Heavy set person who wore glasses on 9/17 around 8PM.

The staff at this store is VERY helpful. I needed assistance finding a few different items and the staff was great, checking inventory levels for me and walking with me to find the items I needed to make sure I could get what I wanted. I had a really good shopping experience here.

I usually enjoy going to hardware stores. This store is overcrowded and unorganized. Employees are stressed out, untrained and clearly underpaid. The shelves are in complete disarray. I only go to this location when I have no other choice and shop for as little as possible, because even buying 3 simple items can cost me 45 minutes of my time.
