Manager Chris refused to honor the price. Supervisor Louie also refused to honor the price advertised. Cashier Marcela was very friendly and tried to get the price honored, but it was rejected. After having some issues with getting and improving my batteries for a Milwaukee battery Manager Chris showed me many options and even offered me a better solution that saved me $100 and was able to get another battery charger with the money I saved. Honestly with the way my day started I probably would have never returned to this store. What Manager Chris did was show me that he valued me as a customer and give me even a better option than what I had. Thank you for your help today and I have been letting everybody know that I’m glad I stopped by this location today!

I purchased my Husky Tool box 8/19/23 it was delivered on 8/23/23, after I inspected it there were a few scratches on one side so I returned it. It was replaced the very next day with a brand new one without any scratches or dents. I give Home Depot 47th Street, Palmdale five stars if they could get six stars, I would give them six. thank you again Alex, Abraham, and Richard.

Everyone employee greeted me and asked if I needed help.

Took a whole hour to order a door To many employees not trained properly. Manager was no where to be found. Employees just finger popping each others ax holes Store looked like everyone just gave up This place need’s managers and employees that want to work.

This place is the worst home depot I've ever seen to & I've seen quite a few. Staff couldn't do less & management couldn't care less here. Asked for the isle with garbage disposals.. the guy said 'I could throw it away if you have something to toss'. That's about how clueless the management is about customer service too.

When I went in I was finding trouble finding some paint items and flooring, when I found Alexis busy picking up orders, he still managed to help me find those items despite that he was doing something else at the time.

BOB AT HARDWARE WAS THE KINDEST HUMAN EVER, honest, and very knowledgeable. Bought Milwaukee M18 Fuel tools and every questions about the tools, their advantages, and even discounts were answered by Bob. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had at a big box retail store.

Shopping for deals after Christmas, notice an improvement with customer service employees very helpful and looking to help or assist you with your needs

When checking out at self checkout all other registers closed mind you. Your self checkout chip reader was not working. I was the only person checking out. There was 4 employees just having a great time talking amongst themselves and not one greeted me or looked to see what I was doing. If I would have walked out without paying none would have noticed or for that matter cared.

I purchased a lamp out of state and could not find a bulb to fit the electrical unit. I had visited the "L" store down the street, but they could not help me, nor did they offer options to try and help me. So I travelled to Home Depot, and not only did the store manager Dana fix my issue, she demonstrated top notch customer service. She made me feel like I was not a bother, and she was soley there to help me. Because of her, my shopping loyalty is now Home Depot.
