Waited 50 minutes for paint to get the wrong kind then the manager was rude and acted like we were the problem.

I have never been to home depot where they did not have what I needed for the odd size of filter for my furnace.

So happy for the service I received from Claire in the Carpet Deportment. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Almost Everytime I go in here I get a very helpful employee who goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I'm looking for. Only once in the past year have I had any problems

impressive selection of sheds and equipment. staff is very helpful and hard workers. attentive to customers, quick to help and take you to the product.

I was at the commerce twp. Store btw. I cannot stress enough how amazed I was every step of the way! From my salesperson to the gentleman who came to measure, who by the way was extremely knowledgeable and goodness what a vocabulary! That might sound ridiculous but he shocked me somewhat, definitely should be working in a higher up position very smart guy! Everyone followed through as they promised I am totally impressed. FYI, you need to expand this department!

I didn't know that it was available, but when I went to check out with hundreds of dollars worth of drywall, mud and tape, Heather asked if I wanted to save $75 and open a commercial account. I had a few questions, she answered them clearly, concisely and we proceeded with the account creation. Meanwhile other customers were lining up behind me. She adeptly, politely and quickly directed other store employees to help them and also directed those customers to the other opening register. Nice!!

I went to this Home Depot twice today and had the pleasure of talking to 3 employees about items. They were all happy and so very helpful. Now that is unusual!!!! I am trying Home Depot FIRST in the future.

Homeowner veterans are unfairly lumped in with contractor veterans and thus unable to receive discounts on a variety of products. I know HD tracks everything I purchase so it should be easy to determine, by volume, if I am a contractor or not. Worse, there is no clear list of items that are not eligible for military discount. HD claims to care for and support veterans. This policy and approach signals they actually do not.

Upon entering the store there were employees right there to ask questions and assist you. If you need to purchase an appliance see Jeff (he is very helpful and knowledgeable). The employees provide excellent customer service and attend to your needs.

I appreciate the Home Depot in Okemos because it is always clean, people are friendly and they are willing to help you and guide you for your needs.

Even if I have to find a salesperson to ask for directions or a question about a item, that person will stay with me till I get where I need to go or until I able to find the item I needed.

We had a very efficient and welcoming experience in finding the correct appliance that best suites our needs. The employees are so helpful and well trained in knowledge of their policies and how to get answers to your questions. kollette at return counter was the most unfriendly, unhappy, unhelpful customer service representative I have ever experienced. We had another representative aiding us in a large return over $500. She took over our transaction telling v the other representative and us she could not return our items. The other representative tried to advocate for us expressing multiple ways to complete our return. She rudely and unsympatheticily informed us there was nothing she could do. She was adamant NOT to help me. Finally the other representative brought over Tina the assistant manager who happily and quickly completed our return with no problem.

I was at home depot yesterday picked up a pallet of quick Creek. Black top patch work with this guy called Steven who's totally disrespectful he wanted to argue with me like you wanted to be fired or something but. I would not engage. I would not engage with such behavior.

Glen is an amazing asset to the Okemos store! He truly cares about the customer experience. He assisted me with plywood and the subsequent cutting of it. He took his time, was extremely accurate and very personable. He alone would make me come back!

Karen serviced a return for me and was excellent! Very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a couple items online, and once received, it ended up being a completely different product than what I had ordered and what was described online. The customer service team, especially Tina Z., went above and beyond. Long story short, they were able to figure out what went wrong, return the incorrect products, and then helped me order what I really wanted online, all while shipping it directly to my house. Amazing!
