I got a great deal on a dented refrigerator. It was marked down from $3,000 to $1250. Just over $1300 after tax. Got it home and installed it. 3 days later, this baby is running perfectly. A young lady named Dee sold it to me and she got 2 loaders to help me load it on my truck. I am absolutely satisfied with the way I was treated. Everything was textbook smoothly executed.

The cashier yasmin was so rude, refused to look up a sku for me, and wasn't going to sell it to me then when I said there was no sku on it and it was the last one, told me to "go get it", when I came back with sku on my phone she demanded I "read it" to her. I got upset and then she said, "I needed to get saved" and then gave me the receipt and told me to "come back with a better attitude." I have NEVER EVER dealt with a more arrogant, out of touch cashier in my whole life. She needs to be fired immediately.

I ordered entire kitchen cabinet set, plumbing fixtures and other related items. I am still in the the process of installing cabinet and renovating kitchen. Wish I had a photo now but will share when completed.

If you need appliances just ask for Joyce. A great home depot associate. One of the best experiences I have ever had.

Will not shop at this store again, paid for items in Garden center( Pine needles) , but no one ever showed up to unlock the gate, so I could get the pine needles.

We went to look for a washer and dryer stacked with in 20 minutes we were setting down with our sales person Joyce checking out we had gotten washer dryer and a microwave thanks

Needed some supplies to make some carpenter bee traps. The lumber was very reasonably priced and had the size I was looking for (6ft. 4X4). Plus free cuts.

I was returning a product that we ended up not using in our new home (never opened). The customer service rep was excellent! He gave quick, pleasant, and professional service. We were in and out in minutes, and the transaction was very pleasant.

I had a problem from a online order that I had placed a couple months back and the whole team at the southelm Home Depot in Greensboro spent time with me trying to resolve this situation. I've never seen any staff from any store be so thorough and understanding to help me out no matter how long it took to make the situation right. I was greeted immediately by Alexis when entering the store and escorted to the hardware department for the services required for my needs. James provided service and paged Charles to assist him. They both completed the task speedily and professionally.

I think it is ridiculous to ask customers to check out at two different places if they want to buy gift cards. Any other business you can check out at a register with your product and purchase gift cards. To ask me to pay for product at one register then go wait in line at customer service to purchase gift cards is ridiculous.
