I had bought a fence and was going to pick it up. Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and can not do any lifting. Victoria was compassionate and went beyond the call of duty to speak with the video support team, who verified that I didn't pick up my order. The manager team was very helpful as well.

The associates at the store are the laziest people I have ever seen. They don’t want to look for anything or help in anyway. When I showed them that online stated that there showed 5 in stock they basically just stood at front and said if it isn’t on the shelf we don’t have it and told me when I ask for help to order the merchandise they told me I could do it online and then walked away. WORST HOME DEPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN

I ordered a gas range, which will be delivered for free a week from the day I purchased it. it was a great experience, prices were good, employees helpful and knowledgeable. Hopefully the product is as good as the shopping experience was.

Tiffany at the front service counter needs to remember that it is the customer that allow her to have a job and when you are in a service industry, never forget about the customer.

I needed a new tree this year the store had a huge selection and they were very easy to find. I ended up buying lots of outdoor decorations on this trip and had help loading in to my cart and again loading into my car. This store is always well stocked and the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I have had a few opportunities where i have had the help from Neil. Neil has been awesome help at his job! Willing to help. Always has a good attitude. Its often that you cannot find good workers or help...glad Neil is still punching in. Keep up the great work and help and having a good attitude!

Went to Home Depot needing a few items an after a little while the Gentleman Sammy in electric department asked if I needed help and stopped what he was working on an helped me find everything I needed to complete my project. Plus his cheerful attitude was a nose surprise!!

Two items that I checked out with had the wrong price on the shelf. The staff lowered the price at the register without hesitation to match what the shelf price was.

In the past few months, we have purchased Laminate and carpet and a new gas range at this store. The floors and carpet are beautiful. More then met our expectations in beauty and quality. And I love my new stove. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive. We will always use this store for future updates for our home and will definitely recommend this store to anyone.

We had one item, which of courS wouldn't scan properly at the self check out so the computer screamed for 5 minutes we needed help and no one came so I went looking. Found about 7 employees down at another not helping anyone and 3 or 4 all around on area and upon asking for help clearly upset the brat employee of the group and she stormed off. So I said is she going down to help and his reply was... Oh I don't know.... and that was it. Terrible. Probably gonna return the 4500 dollars worth of appliances and tools

I am not sure what happened to the store, or Home Depot in general. The employees used to have a general knowledge of the products sold by Home Depot, now they do not know the difference between plumbing and electrical items. And if that’s not bad enough, personnel in customer service provide anything but and no very little of Home Depot‘s policies. Super disappointing

I went to buy a ceiling fan leveling kit. The app showed it in a certain place where it wasn’t. I went to customer service to ask for help and all they did was say well did you look so and so. When I asked to get someone to help they just stood there talking and to each other

The help that I received to purchase a product that I was not very knowledgeable about was amazing and much appreciated.

I made this trip to Home Depot specifically to purchase a replacement American flag for an outdoor display. This store was out of American flags for this type of display pole! I was happy, however, to discover a taller and wider display pole since I have looked for one for years! I did purchase the display flagpole, but I will have to go elsewhere for the flag.

Credit card customers are not treated very kibdly
