        Clean store and friendly, helpful staff
        I’ve bought many Milwaukee tools from this store, and when I had an issue with one of them Cierra and Felicia helped get it solved (and find some more tools and blades also) I’m very impressed with the customer service here!

          Worst general contractor in the world do not hire
          Nothing but excuses for failing 5 times to install windows. Ended up costing double due incompetent workers and even more incompetent leadership. Do yourself a favor and never do business with The Home Depot

              I have been working with Jake at the Durango Store for several weeks now to get some kitchen cabinets ordered. He was so patient, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and helpful throughout the entire process. If all employees were as helpful as Jake, this world would be a much better place!

                    Worst appliance delivery service ever.
                    Home Depot delivery services were supposed to install my washer/dryer unit. Instead, they flooded my house, started an electrical fire, broke my water line, and forced me to hire an emergency plumber and electrician just to be able to live in my house. The appliance didn't even work, and the replacement was damaged before it was off the truck. It is over a month later and I still don't have my money back. Would never, ever buy an appliance here again.

                      The Durango store is my go to store when I’m here . I have never had any problems with any product I have purchased in this store and I have been a customer ever since the store opened !

                        Purchased a new dishwasher
                        I recently purchased a Bosch dishwasher. Jan Bell's service was exceptional. She patiently answered all my questions. And in the end gave me confidence that we were making the right decision for us.

                          I was sold a water heater that had already been returned because of a defect.
                          I purchased a Rheem water heater from Home Depot. I noticed that the box had been opened and was assured by the HD employee that it had been checked and was in new condition. Upon install, I noted that all packaging and stickers were in place and it appeared that it was new. At start up, the unit came on, quickly heated to 130° and then popped and tripped the breaker. I reset it and the unit came back on. It was a wifi enabled Gladiator unit so I connected the unit to wifi and noticed on the Rheem App that it already had another customer name assigned to it. I called Rheem Customer service to find out that it had already been returned by the original purchaser and Rheem had replaced the Home Depot inventory over a year ago. I understand that mistakes are made and accidents happen. In this case however, someone went to great effort to repackage the unit to make it look as though it was new and then the HD employee assured me that it was new. It seems unscrupulous and caused me a lot of hassle in installing the water heater twice. When I returned the heater to the store, I was sure to make sure that the box and unit were not in a condition that could be confused as being new.

                                Good to have Home Depot in Durango
                                Our local Home Depot Store in Durango is very welcome here. In many cases, it's the ONLY place to find a certain item. Store help, especially in these times, is slim, but employees are helpful when you find them. Store is pretty well organized and stocked. More and more my husband and I find ourselves looking for solutions to project at our Home Depot.Nancy Macho

                                            Took 3 1/2 hours just to order an appliance package. Then the manager refused to accept the Home Depot coupon I received when opening a HD credit card. Waste of time and very frustrating. Not enough knowledgeable employees.

                                              Home Depot makes mistake, refuses to take responsibility for their error and wouldn’t work to find solution to problem.
                                              Ordered a wood burning stove. Home Depot sent a gas stove. Home Depot refused to take responsibility for their mistake and then would not work to find solution to the problem. Problem is no heat in home with 20 degree weather. Home Depot said, only thing you can do is order new stove. Then they would not over night ship or rush deliver the correct product. They would not pick up wrong product either. I had to take an afternoon off to return the wrong product. Offered no compensation for this error.

                                                          I went to the Home Depot in Durango, Colorado. 120 miles round trip. I wanted to buy an appliance package. The associate in that department showed no interest, between sucking down a bottle drink, in helping me. She actually told me to go and look on the Home Depot internet site and decide what I wanted. That's what I did. I have a small refrigerator space and spent more for a simple refrigerator. Clearly I drove to Home Depot for help and was sent away by a soda sucking young woman. She could of cared less that I needed help. I ordered from the internet, Order Number W892640130 Order Date Jul. 27 Check Order Status Was there a better deal on 4 Samsung appliances, I just do not know as I was sent home to figure it out. 120 miles round trip to be sent home by a sales associate. I thought management should know about my experience. It was impossible for me to spend over $4,000.00 in the store. Go home and use the internet.
