Mike's suggestion on a part that I need for water drainage worked perfectly! He searched high and low for this part and told me it what he has used before! Well, I got home, hooked it up and no water leaks! Thanks again Mike! SAMM

I’m going to start off by saying I never write reviews but I feel like I have to ! I went to the store to build a target stand for the range out of pvc pipe, I’m not a handyman at all. Mike from plumbing spotted me out looking confused and asked what I needed help with, I told him I wanted to build a stand but didn’t know what to use or how big it should be. Mike started sketching on a piece of cardboard exactly what I was explaining to him. He then went and gathered the parts and cut/built my stand for me in the middle of the isle! Most friendliest encounter I’ve had at Home Depot! Any other person would have told me to use this or that and would’ve went on their way but not Mike ! Even tried to give him a 20 and he wouldn't take it. Thanks Mike !!!

I needed a lot of items for a bathroom remodel and everything on my list was there and easy to locate.

Most not all have a bad attitude and laziness, with the exception being of carol, rob or bob, Mike, and maybe I am missing one more name of the courageous workers that are the only good helpers at the store and that maybe need to get paid way more then the others because they are not only dealing with costumers but with the bad employees that hide away… feel sorry for the good employees at the Eastern Dundalk Home Depot.

Diann at the paint counter may have been the rudest Home Depot employee I’ve ever encountered. Asked for help with finding a specific wood stain needed, and she exclaimed that “all the wood stains are in the aisles” and seemed not to believe me that the one I was looking for wasn’t. Well, unsurprisingly it needed to be mixed special. The other employee at the counter was very nice and helped me right away after Diann refused to.

if you have any plumbing needs and happen to run into mike, he will help you with your needs and go above and beyond. made my experience great when i wasn’t expecting much! went out his way to help. wonderful employee who is retired and you can tell he enjoys his job and loves working with people.

This store has been my go to for 15 years I am a 2nd generation contractor and even my father came here

Mike from plumbing was very impatient in explaining a plumbing connection that my sleep deprived brain was struggling to comprehend

An associate refused to help me move pavestone because it was “too heavy.” I had to move everything on my own while she stayed on the machine on her phone.

I have brought many items that I needed for projects and super cheap items, but you have to look around and if you need help ask Mike in Plumbering

Brittney did an amazing job tonight working an hour by herself. On a Friday night and it was busy. Great job Brittney. All I did was direct the line. Because the line was down to Aisle 6. And nobody came to help until 6pm.

I love the lot is clean. That the store is clean and for the most part that the associates have been helpful. I like that pushed those migrate people off their lot away from the store. Unlike at the Oxon Hill store in PG were these people loiter, fight, litter, and urinate all over the parking lot. I appreciate the cleanliness of this location.

Today I was amazed by the excellent customer of Jeremiah, Keon, and Davonte! They were amazing and deserve employee of the month:; bonus and a raise. This store willl always get 5 stars awesome team work and awesome treatment to the customer.

Krissy and Quan delivered some extremely subpar service. Rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. I literally had to beg to be helped Quan couldn’t not be bothered to even communicate professionally with coworkers. This isn’t my first time in a hardware store so what I’m speaking on isn’t normally home improvement store energy Quan was extremely dismissive.

Always find the plants I need - always fully stocked

Kiarra at Customer Service desk was very kind and helpful with my return. Mike from plumbing was great and help us find the floor vent size we needed he was very nice and kind.

I do not do self-checkout allow the customer clerks to do the job they receive a check for. I should not have to ask a clerk to check me out when I arrive at the checkout line this should be automatically done.

I've been in many other Home Depot stores. This one in Dundalk is the bad apple. Most of these young employees hang around in groups of 3,4,5, They hide when they see someone looking for help. Most of the time is out of stock. However, the items are on the top shelf. This issue started 2.5 or 3 years ago. It has to be the negligence of the Store and Region Manager. Mike and Leo (plumbing) and Bill (not sure what area but he is always there for the customer) are the ones who really care about helping the customers. I will add pictures of the empty shelf next time.

Mike from plumbing was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, the store did not have any of the 3 pipe fittings I needed, the one online said they have 36 in stock, but me and Mike looked for 15 minutes and if they are in store, there not where they should be, he was great. When checking out I went up to a register that had its light on, with a young lady sitting at the register, I went to put my stuff on the counter and she grabbed her purse, walked away and said “I’m off” with her cash register light still on, very rude. You win some you loose some I guess with customer service.
