Chain cutter is out of order and none of the floor staff have access to a bolt/chain cutter due to recent theft. Try a different location.

Managers have to be more proactive

I find what I need and things I needed but didn’t know existed.

I was given attitude when i was making a purchase at the pro-desk. I was told to go to self check out because the only prioritize phone sales mind you there was no customers at the pro desk just 2 cashires on staring at their phones. I explained to the pro cashire that I have a pro account and was told again that the pro desk prioritizes phone sales at that point I reached out to an ASM and that's when she hesitantly decided to help.

Mark in the painting area is always so willing to help he never fails to make it an easy shopping experience give this guy a raise!

I have made Home Depot in Downey my store for my paint needs due to the great customer service received by Josue and Jose. In spite of having a closer store to me, I come here because of their thorough and courteous service. I appreciate the time and effort taken by these employees to ensure that I have the product I need.

Cesar the manager was very rude by 1 taking over 30 minutes to arrive to the cashier 2nd walked away mid conversation. 3nd clamming that customer move product and tags and hinting that we did something to move the product he should make sure his employees are putting the correct product with the right pricing.

Credit card pads malfunction all the time when checking out. They have the most rudest employees

Came in early morning with some questions on a diy countertop project. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to a successful completion

The employees at this store were very professional and made sure we had all product we needed to complete a home improvement job

Mark Huard from the paint section department 24 was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, had so much knowledge, and actually spent his time on explaining the answers to the questions I had. I never ever leave reviews. But Mark definitely deserved recognition for this. You guys have an amazing team player on board! Will be posting this review on Google, Yelp, and The Home Depot Survey.

Sales associate greeted us and took care of our needs ASAP. We bought a washer and dryer, and she answered all our questions.

I really like Home depot because i can find anything for my house but sometimes cashiers make you feel like if we a getting this stuff we buy for free , very unfriendly non helpful even get you upset just by the way they help you. . But the store is very nice i would recommend the cashiers would attend a class so they can be patient and friendly.
