Jennifer and Katelyn I visited the Deptford location after having an issue with the Mantua location. I purchased bad paint from Mantua, and I went to Deptford to see if they could fix the paint. After telling my entire story of how I ended up with bad paint, Katelyn went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix a problem she didn’t cause. I explained to her the paint I tried to put on my walls was gooey & looked terrible. After showing her the pictures of my walls, and giving her the paint that was made for me at the other location, she made sure to listen to everything I had to say, validated I had every reason to be upset and even helped me out with two cranky children by occupying them with donuts. She was super knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend going to visit her, she made my entire time at Home Depot worth receiving bad paint prior. I now CANNOT wait to repaint my entire room! Also, I’d like to add Jennifer at the cash register was also 10/10. She allowed my kids to be apart of the checkout experience by letting them scan items, and made sure everything was quick and easy. All in all, everyone at the Deptford location is so kind and helpful.

One of the best purchase experience ever received the salesperson Dorothy Belins was excellent asked all the right questions it made making this purchase a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store and sales representative.

entered the store all employees were in Christmas decor singing and smiling, was such a warm experience. Found everything we needed and left ready to enjoy the Holidays. Was a special moment seeing everyone cheery.

Can't say anything stood out about this shopping experience. I found what I needed, and had to check myself out since there where no cashiers. I can't say I see a reduction in prices reflected on the automated registers taking the place of cashiers. Now we have to do a cashier's job for free, and leave the store without encountering a live person. That's progress?

I needed a new range and I looked at the ratings for the Home Depots in my area. I saw this store had at least a 3 rating. I agree, the services were excellent, I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes! I'll come back to this store.

Maria and Christina are two of the employees that went out of their way to be helpful. They were both extremely pleasant. Several different floor associates offered assistance as I browsed, and all of the employees appeared to be in good spirits. It was an enjoyable visit to Home Depot. Just extremely impressed with how very pleasant and helpful the employees are, not just on today’s visit, but on my prior visit a few weeks ago as well. Looks like very good team work!

Brought garbage disposal for my 83 year old father. Returned 2x times. First return disposal was returned before damaged and put back on shelf as a new product. Second return was factory defect. Cashier and manager were very supportive and help with a discount for 3rd disposal we purchased. Now that is customer service.

The associates are kind

The employees at this location are helpful and knowledgeable, they make you feel like you are at home. The girl at customer service Kim d was wonderful and very friendly. Thumbs up

I had store credit so I went in there for drinks ended up only buying a case of Coca-Cola because they did not have blue flavored Powerade but besides that the experience was right with prettiest and professional customer service.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel like more than a valued customer, I feel like family.

Bonnie was my cashier in the Nursery department and she was very pleasant. I have been in the people business most of my life and it is very important to me to find friendly and helpful store employees.

Great selection of all types of flooring. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and the prices are great!

I live right around the corner from Lou’s, but it seems that every time I go there and they’re not very helpful so we went to Home Depot to buy a grill. Not only were they very helpful, they assemble the grill, helped us rent a truck to transport it and loaded the truck. I find that the Home Depot employees are more attentive and knowledgeable, then the employees at other stores of the state.

It’s always a pleasure to shop and the associates are very friendly and make you feel comfortable, not like you’re bothering them

Whenever i come to this location for anything from plants to hardware or even lumber I always get waited on and the product is always there.

I am happy that ASM Keith took the time to help me and my mom find the item she wants. Nice to see Homedepot cares about their customers and their home improvement projects. There will be more home improvements to make on the house to come, and Homedepot will be the place where we will continue to shop. Thank you my love
