The isles are always blocked and not accessible. All lumber carts are full with online orders. If there was a fire you would be trapped with all the stuff blocking isles. Don’t wast your time in this store. I have been going to this store since the built it and you can tell there is new management. I will never go back to this store.

Good experience and have all supplies needed

Listen up—if you’re not a Pro X member, you are missing the boat! I’m a DIY’er and have expanded my knowledge and my abilities that I didn’t know I had! Home Depot is an education every time I go there! The perks are pretty amazing. Get on board, it will open up your world!

I was lucky enough to get help from Bob Wright. I went in thinking I needed a new part for our sprinkler system. I had gotten OUTLANDISH quotes for repairs from a handful of sprinkler repair companies. I showed pictures to Bob and with his wonderful knowledge and insight. He determined that the leaking part was only the valve part. He walked through the store and gathered each piece I would need to replace and repair. He showed me tools to make sure I had them. This was so kind and patient of him. I didn’t know what the names of tools were but knew the sight of them. ((Screwdrivers are stars and a line to me. Not Philip and the other one)) He made sure I had the glue and tape along with “If you can’t screw the piece you glue the piece.”- for the pvc pipe and ect. Just an all around great man! I felt like I was talking to my dad, my grandfather or loved one who wanted me to succeed. Bob deserves all the stars ⭐️. A raise and a paid vacation! HONEST Customer service is SOOO HARD to come by these days.

Sue and Ed should be commended. They helped me fix the issue I had at home for just the cost of a few washers. 99 bucks for a plumber just to look at it. Saved me CASH!

The services promised by the Home Depot Virtual Millwork Apron service was absolutely abysmal. After receiving a run around for a week and a half, I finally canceled my install deposit and went with a different company. If you deal with them, be prepared for long wait times in communication from their installers, as well as misinformation from some of the ill-informed virtual apron agents and especially customer care agents.

Bought 2 pieces of plywood and 2 studs and I was unable to get my military discount on them. Very disappointed in Home Depot for removing lumber from the qualified items to receive a military discount. If they don't fix it, I won't be back.

Bought a $500 BBQ with free assembly and delivery. It came unassembled and dropped off at garage door without notification to residence in house waiting. I was a work and got the texted it was delivered and had to call my house to let them know it arrived. When discovered it was unassembled they would not rectify the situation without me setting up a pick up time, for the wrong box, coming down to the store for a credit rebill and then doing another appointment for delivery. Claimed it wasnt in stock in their store when we got it down from the rafters and had it on a cart in their customer service area where we paid for it. Totally unacceptable.

I bought a power tool 2 days ago and it suddenly stopped working. My wife accidentally threw away the box, but thankfully Home Depot was amazing and let me return it with all the parts and my receipt. Big shout out to Jackson at Returns/Customer Service that made my experience stress free and very enjoyable. Thank you!

Needed a board cut. A friendly staff member paged a lumber associate who promptly met me at the cutting station and performed a couple of cuts for me. Cashier called me over from self service. Got me checked out swiftly and with a smile.

I bought a dishwasher this month and I was very satisfied with my purchase.

I went into the store two days in a row looking for plumbing assistance. I even tried to get a manager to help, but I was completely out of luck

Wayne did a great job of cutting the plywood to specific dimensions.

Purchased a bespoke refrigerator and washer and dryer. Asked if they match prices and they did Mach Costco’s pricing.

The woman at the customer service desk helped me find a product that they no longer sold at a different location that had one left in stock and saved the day! She could’ve just brushed it off but she took her time and even called them to make sure it was actually at the location.

We got a lot of help at check out from Angela on buying our storm door.

There was an abundance of staff available to assist. I like that!

I’m a 73 yrs old female, having the time of my life because of Home Depot! I’ve single-handedly remodeled so much of my home and have learned to become a DIY-er (extraordinaire) with the help of your staff and patrons. If I need electrical information, I just go hang out in that aisle at HD, same for plumbing, lumber, really anything! I’ve become a ProX member and my new friends are the cashiers, Ariel and Jenn at the Denton HD location. They have helped me understand that they are there to assist me in every way they can. I love the staff there, they have patiently taken the time to walk me thru my dilemma’s! It’s scary to think of all the things I’ve accomplished, too many to list, but I couldn’t have done it without my HD store! Thank you!

getting a tad bit hectic shopping at this location. It feels like you got to scoot past people and unmanned equipment through half the aisles. And you better hope that the aisle you need to get to doesn't have anything heavy being blocked by a unmanned shelving ladder or a forklift, or caged up waiting for 30 minutes for an employee to get it uncage for you

Love this place I felt at home !

Went to the Depot and had excellent help with fertilizer from Ryan. Then had 2 lot loaders come over and ask if we needed help loading. They just took over. It was great!

Everyone was great. Ariel walked me through setting up my veterans and Pro account so fast and it saved me money on my purchase. I’ll make this my first location in the future.

Don't shop this location. Waited over 20 minutes to 40 bags of Mulch loaded. Asked cashier 2x to call for assistance. The 3rd are one the cashier offered to me to go to Customer Service to get a refund! Another 10 minute wait!

I have never been to the Denton store. I don’t know why this popped up. Most of my business is done at the Mueller Store in Austin. I think you need to correct your survey.

Coach Bob in Plumbing was extremely kind and helpful! Helped me cut down some galvanized pipes so that they can fit in my car.

Travail. Helpful young man did good helping me. Took some load off of me.

I'm usually in and out of there, I get the help I need when I ask for it and every employee is nice

The review guidelines state that they only want me to talk about products. So, I don't have much to say, my speech has been suppressed. Except, too many products placed in isle to trip over. Isles crowded with products I don't need.
