I asked 3 employees where I could find a product and I looked in the isle they said it was in, but, I couldn't find it! The 3rd time was the Charm, because I showed another employee a picture of product I was looking for, he looked it up on his work phone walked me Over to the area and Boom, found my Homeywell Air Purifier filter refill! So Awesome! I was shopping with my 15 yr. old Autistic son and he gets kinda irritated when our shopping trips are too long! Thankfully, he was only slightly upset today! He gently grabbed my hand as if to say, it's time to Go Mom! By that time the product was found and all was well!! I realize that the store app could've helped me find it, but I couldn't use it with my son, with me, he doesn't like to stand in one place for too long!

Good very nice people

I love this Home Depot. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Most of the customers are also polite. The store has everything you need and is always stocked with its products. The employees also give great advice, even at the risk of you not purchasing a product or renting a tool until the proper time.

Whenever I go into the store, everyone from the customer service upfront to someone someone on the sales floor knows exactly where to look for the item I masking about

This store is well managed despite its occasional staffing challenges. In particular, cashiers and flooring department personnel are great.

The service is always good here. I usually go in the morning. Antoinette has helped with things on several occasions.

Very disappointed with this store. Waited over 30 minutes and asked 3 different associates for a simple stocked item to be brought down. This is the same store that sold me a Webber Genesis Grill that was so poorly assembled that I spent several hours with Webber customer care to resolve all the issues like the ignitor not being connected and the display temperature panel cord wrapped and hidden behind the firebox so the employee that assembled did not have to take 2 extra minutes to do it write.

They are always there to help. Greet you when you enter and say good bye when you leave. And look you in the eyes.

The young man loading the soil has a very professional demeanor. Very thoughtful.

I was very grateful for a young man, Jace that helped me find what I was looking for and even helped me load 12 bags of mulch and potting soil. Jace was very professional, friendly and a hard worker. Success is in his future, much deserved! I hope Home Depot recognizes him!

Good to shopping for you

I was looking for a new ceiling fan/light as mine quit last night. The one I initially wanted was on sale and within my budget. I'm a senior citizen on a very fixed budget and this was an unexpected expense to say the least. Plus I have to pay an electrician to switch this out for my old one. The young sales employee showed me a few others but all were out of my price range which was disappointing. I have an appoint with an electrician to do the work. I found another fan I liked, but it was a little out of my price range. The young lady said she's see what she could do and she was able to bring the price down to match the first one I liked that is out of stock. I was stunned. I'd never had anyone do or try to do that for me before, anywhere!!! Then to help even more, when I checked out, the cashier said she could save me $25 if I opened a credit card with Home Depot which I did. I was thrilled with my shopping experience at Home Depot today. Thanks to those two great ladies. The young lady that helped me in the lighting dept had a Z on her Home Depot uniform. She told me her name, but I'm sorry, I forgot what it was. She did say she'd been working there for 2 years but she really knew her stuff. She was extremely helpful. I will look for her again, next time I'm in the store.

If you are at this Home Depot looking at flooring, find Junior. It was great working with him to find the product I was looking for. As well, the other associates we passed all greeted us.

Nice workers, if you need help someone is always right there if not busy doing other things, usually always stocked or getting ready to put things on shelves compared to other stores.
