Store I was at was #3909 in Oklahoma City OK Never have been in Home Depot store #3809 in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio.

The store was ok but wow it looked like there was a homeless encampment behind the display sheds . And parking lot had tons of screws and nails laying in parking lot

I had a house fire in May 2023 and we are just now able to start buying appliances and such as replacements. Julie Miller of #3809 was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different options available for refrigerators and chest freezers. She worked with me on figuring out which ones would best fit our needs and home. The delivery option was set to when I knew I’d be home and available with no issues or rush on her end. I recommend going to the Cuyahoga Falls Ohio Home Depot if you need anything!

What can I say? I am a property manager and go here at least once a day. Their staff is awesome. I work closely with Vito the manager on bigger orders as well as Tim from the pro desk. Have gotten to know Sharon, Coraly, and Eric pretty well also, but everyone there has been very good to me. I will pass other box stores on the way to Home Depot to buy my material. They really know how to treat a repeat customer well. I always tell people, if they sold beer I would live there. Thanks guys

We went in for 2 items and were helped initially by a young gentleman in the plumbing sections who was able to help us find what we needed. We also needed an additional item that an older gentleman helped us with. I have always been pleased with Home Depot and choose them over any other store. I was grateful that both men were knowledgeable with our needs.

Phenomenal customer service in the appliance section. Knowledgeable and friendly.

All of the expensive stuff is locked up, which I get. What I don’t get however, is how there is no one available to actually sell you the expensive stuff. Half the time of a shelf is empty, you’re better off finding a ladder and getting the product yourself.

I appreciate the variety of brands available and the staff who are so helpful in assisting this novice do-it-yourselfer.

Needed something quick to keep off my grapes this year and was glad to see many options on the shelves.

If you are in the market to buy an appliance I recommend seeing Alice Stewart in the kitchen design and appliance department she was patient, professional and friendly

Came to purchase one item. Employees very rudely refused to let us leave through the doors we came in. Receipt in hand. Had to walk across store multiple times to get in, shop, and get out. Yelled at by employees trying to navigate the changes they made. In general, very inconvenient for the consumer and handled poorly. They are also taking up the most convenient parking spaces for this change with tool rentals/merchandise rather than the side of the parking lot that is able to be entered, but only entered. This is a huge big box store, doesn't make sense logistically. Not suitable for elderly/disabled shoppers in the slightest. Probably will not return based on that alone.

I believe her name was Rachel, on 3/13 around 10 am she was working in the paint department and did a marvelous job in helping me match some of the paint colors I needed, then as I was checking out she even came to the front and helped thin the crowd of customers that needed checked out. She made it a very nice experience at the Cuyahoga Falls Home Depot store.

Angie at the pro register is great at what she does. She is always kind and smiling. She renders excellent service, she’s efficient, and she always asks how my day is going. She deserves a raise.

hopefully our new appliances will perform for many years. special thanks to Julie Miller in appliances for taking care of us. she was great! i know she has been at this Home Depot for years. she is definitely an asset to the store and company

I’m not using the self checkout again, it doesn’t count your change properly and people working 4 checkouts doesn’t work

The Cuyahoga Falls store is a great store to shop at...Friendly and helpful employees, clean and organized, with stocked shelves.

The Cuy. Falls Home Depot is our usual place to buy home improvement items. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We can generally find what we need on our shopping list. Thank you.

Lady at customer service counter pretty much concealed her face with mask and hoodie. Then proceeded to yell at me that she could help me while hiding behind the partition. Hands on counter acting like she did NOT want to be there. Gave me an attitude about the return, checking out and my military discount claiming she could not honor the discount. She then asked the other cashier to help and the same attitude ensued. I asked for the manager whom then honored my military discount. I asked for the name of the second cashier in which she proceeded to hide her name so I couldn’t see it. I had to ask the manager for her name. Absolutely terrible service and attitudes.

I have been searching for replacement lightbulbs for outdoor ceiling fan….FOUND THEM with the HELP from Dejah….she went above and beyond!! OTHER employees AND manager Vito VERY nice and helpful!! Nice experience!!

At checkout I'm told "you need to sign up" to get the military discount. Well, I've tried repeatedly. It doesn't work. Frustrating beyond belief. Home Depot needs to fix their system!
