Kathy and Andrea were so helpful, knowledgeable and made sure what we ordered is what I received.

I purchased a box too big to transport and Michelle was so kind and helpful with hunting down an item and then doing my return! I was greeted by the younger employees and they were so friendly.

There was a gentleman with a blue shirt working in the wood department and he was the most rude and unhelpful person to someone with a broken leg.

Attempted to place an online order but delivery/pick-up dates were confusing so we drove to the store. So glad we did because we lucked out having Konnie & Seema help us at the Customer Service Desk. They went above & beyond and were a delight to work with. We experienced exceptional customer service!

When I go to Home Depot in Covington I feel so good and relaxed.

excellent experience with the purchasing of our dishwasher, installation was another thing. got a text they would be arriving between 11-3 then at 11:30 text they are 2 stops away then at 12:00 text have to reschedule. Called HD Ean was great he got ahold of dispatch, they said the entire route was canceled due to weather, which I get however why lead the customer to believe at 8:00 that the delivery will happen when all along it was never going to happen. there needs to be a better system set up regarding the delivery of appliances.

The customer service was wonderful in every area: the young guys cutting the wood, the young lady at the checkout stand, the lady at customer service and a young man named Cameron who helped me load everything into my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised.

Entering the Home Depot good customer service if anything needs to be returned or store credit. Someone is always waiting to ask if you need help. Awesome customer service

Love the culture of friendliness and attention to the customer that this store has! This obviously starts at the top and is part of every day business at this location. The team here has done a wonderful job making sure every customer feels welcomed and appreciated. Keep up the great customer service!

I have been to many hardware and home-improvement stores. My experience here was very good, I love the efficiency.

While in the middle of painting an RC Warbird Airplane, I have needed to make several different trips to the Home Depot Paint Department for custom colored paints & supplies. I have ALWAYS been treated so well by the Staff in the Paint Department! When the Magical Color Matching Contraption couldn't read the exact Navy Blue on my airplane wing, they proceeded to happily look through DOZENS of different color swatches to get the one that was "Just Right". They then quickly made me a Paint Sample, and Bobs your Uncle, I was ready to go. After getting home and applying the new paint on the wing, I was shocked at how good the match was! The Navy themselves could not have made a better color match for me, and the Staff are always so great to deal with! Whom could ask for more? 5 Stars.

The Covington Store's employees are very helpful compared to other big box stores. The employees at Covington take great care of their contractors/customers. They make our jobs easier when it comes to ordering our materials.

They are having a great sale, stay away from the short, heavy set person at customer service. She was extremely rude and physically pushed my husband and ran a cart into him. He is disabled and there was no reason for her behavior. And also was rude to her coworkers, going so far as to tell the manager how things needed to be done, this wasn't even her sale she stuck her nose where it didn't belong and almost lost over a 1000 dollar sale for the store.

I enjoy shopping & looking at things in this store If I have questions there is usually someone to snag & ask or direct me to where I need to go find an item. I like the special sales they have too;

In addition to the lack of assistance from employees on the floor the overall attitude of the folks on the floor is often very bad. I have on occassions simply said hello and had someone glare at me and keep walking. This is an individual I conversed with in the store on a couple occassions before and there wasn't any tension when we talked so i was kind of bewildered by that behaviour. It occurs too frequently to not be noticed by managers or leads . We ordered wood for a fence and my neighbor said it would be ready on a specific date by 7am. I asked if he called and he said no. I told him to call and check before heading to the store. We went to the store together instead and they told him it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in a couple more hours. Then it would be the next day. Then they weren't sure when it would be ready and said they would call. Waited 2 more full days before we started pulling the orders ourselves. Recently I ordered a vinyl floor cover for my trailer. This arrived two days late. Since I was unable to pickup the order I had to go pickup a vehicle in my new trailer that unbeknownst to me leaked gas. I ordered this cover to specifically protect my trailer from those types of issues and scheduled around delivery adding a one day cushion. When working on a recent project I had to purchase electrical fittings. Pray you don't have to wait on assistance because some of the folks at this store are standoffish and not helpful at all. Don't get me wrong customer service is always friendly and apologetic but it's really just placating you. If it was sincere there would be change. If someone slapped your face and you complained and recieved an apology you might shrug it off. Then if they slapped you again and you received a super sweet apology you would definitelty not feel very reassured. However when they slapped you again you would already know any apology wouldn't be at all sincere. Really i just believe Home Depot is a a company that values iney but could careless about how they treat you to get it.

I was looking for glue down carpet squares, but could not find them. I asked a HD guy working on another aisle for help. He found them blocked behind a display rack and brought out a box for me. As a result, the QR code for my military ID would not work. But, the cashier looked up my cell number and verified my military stays and was granted a 10% discount for my purchase. Also, wifi at this store is weak.

Home depot has what you need for your project big or small great friendly customer service.
