I just bought a gallon of Glidden Diamond paint that skeptically works as primer and paint all in one and works well in a bathroom... I just applied it and it's the best paint I've ever used! Dawn, in the paint section, was knowledgeable and friendly. Great combination!

I didn't see any signage for Home Depot from Circle Blvd. Prospective customers who are not familiar with the area may find the entry road tricky to find.

I went in to replace an order we made. Kat was abvle to process the switch and save us more money! She made sure we happy and all our questions answered.

Cashier grabbed a knife and Opened a sealed Caulking contractor box and checked all 12 caulking tubes 1 by 1. I told her the box is sealed and no need to open it. I asked her to call supervisor. 2 supervisors came while she was still holding the knife used to open the sealed box. I told the supervisors the box was sealed before used knife to open it. The supervisors sided with her ignoring me telling them the box was sealed and the knife she's holding was the proof. TOO BAD!! TOO SAD!!

Every time I go in, I get a friendly greeting, when I'm looking for what I need a employee as they are walking by, stops and asks if their is anything I need or help with! Everyone is ready to work and so helpful, when leaving the cashier are fast, know their stuff and make sure everythingis correct. One cashier we see a lot is Tami, she is so awesomeand helpful, she even ran out to the parking lot to stop us from be scammed by a scammer!! Love coming to the Corvallis Home Depot! Good jobs guys keep up the great work!

I found everything I needed, Home Depot’s shelved are fully stocked and recovered from the pandemic!

I have purchased appliances and multiple products over the years from this store and the quality and prices are great. I especially appreciate the excellent customer service. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in every department. Can't complain about anything.

I remember that one used to be able to walk in to the Corvallis HD any day of the week and find an upright or a flat lumber cart. Now, it's a minor miracle if you can even find one in the parking lot. And customers at the Corvallis store will literally follow you to your truck and wait there impatiently for you to unload it, though won't lift a finger to help, mind you. What a lovely experience. Solution, I go to Spaeth!

I mis-measured some cellular blinds and the staff pulled out the stops to help me, even though it was my error. They’re always friendly and helpful and I really appreciate it. Thanks

I was looking for a 50 quantity of Velcro ties and they had none on the peg. After a great Associate, Jazz, helped me look for them we could not find them. She offered a number of the smaller quantity packages for the same price as the 50 pack. Very creative and awesome assistance!!

I have used Home Depot as years as reliable, customer-centered store. I appreciated the generally well-stocked and easy to find items. I appreciate the free local deliveries of bulky items and the easy returns of items that were purchased in error. I appreciate the fact that employees are paid a decent wage and are not in competions for your patronage

The people working at the Home Depot in Corvallis are so nice and helpful. It feels like a nice experience to ask questions and get help by real people. Not some bot that answered a phone and never seems to really help at all. I am truly grateful for the service I receive.

I paid money up front for lumber to be placed on the "will call" racks. Home Depot charged me for the lumber, but instead of putting the lumber in a protected area, the Pro Staff wheeled it back onto the floor. They only put one yellow sticker with my name on it onto the wood, so when I returned to the store, customers had pilfered all the wood except the piece with the sticker on it. Horribly inept on Home Depot's part. Then the clerks went to see if there was any more lumber fitting my description in the store, but there was not, and the staff said they had no idea when/if they would get any more. After offering me some truly yo-yo alternatives, the staff members agreed to give me a refund on the lumber, which took another half hour of time. All together, this escapade wasted more than two hours of my time. After that, I attempted to navigate the intricate Home Depot customer service loop, but after a pointlessly dumb interaction with the chat avatar and a customer service agent, I finally gave up.

I always find what I need, get great help from every department. The electrician lady you have is exceptional….

I asked the cashier Nicole her opinion on two paint colors and she gave me an honest opinion and explain why her choice was a better choice but it would match more in my house so I went with her decision most times people would just agree with whatever I liked but Nicole was very honest and

I am on a trip with my travel trailer and had a section of my back closet cave in. I went to Home Depot to cut a piece to replace, and what I found wouldn't work to cut to the odd size I needed. An employee was so helpful finding me a good solid piece to cut and gave me a 70% discount as well. Every employee I passed smiled and asked if I needed any assistance. The cashier was new and pleasant. The store is very clean and well stocked. When I come back into the Corvallis, Oregon area, this is the Home Depot I will visit.

Since I moved here I've had to learn my way around a new big Home Improvement Store that's a bit different from my hometown. I often times have to ask employees where something is, and they're always nice and give quick answers.

Very helpful with flooring and making sure had assistance I needed.

I’m so grateful we have this Home Depot in Corvallis! It has all my DIY dreams inside. Literally, a one stop shop for mainstream tools, lumber, nuts & bolts, garden supplies, grills, flooring, paint, large appliances, and more! I don’t know what I’d do without ya, HD. Drive to Albany Lowe’s? Ha! No. Now, if only Home Depot had rentable trucks and large construction machinery… (hmm… now we’re talking!)

I have been going there for years. Well, actually from the day it was built I have been buying there. They have some of the best staff in the area, especially if you are DIYing some sort of project. I see some of their staff offering advice and counsel that might cost a fortune if you had to hire a contractor. This Corvallis Home Depot has saved me a lot of money over the years.

I think we in and near Corvallis, OR are fortunate to have this Home Depot near. I have found the employees knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

I bought some small items at HD. Since they don't have baskets they suggest you use the buckets for carrying the items. When I got to the cashier I specifically told her I didn't want to buy the bucket. She charged me for it anyway even though I didn't take the bucket. I didn't realize I had been charged for it until later. This is a ripoff as well as dishonest. Check your receipt before you leave the store.

I went to the Corvallis location and was happy with the way I was treated. They made me feel like the small projects were just as real and important as the the big ones lol. Ask for Zack. He is pretty cool
